What a fabulous gift store, Eagle's Nest is in Westerly! The buyer/owner is right on trend with top selling Brands! Fun store to stroll around, for gifts, home decor, jewelry and clothing!! Owner is also a talented artist if your looking for a ,"one of a kind" gift! Oh yes, even great cards are in stock!My "go to" shop in downtown!

Saleswoman was aggressive and intimidating. I was told not to touch anything on the display because I might steal, even with 2 staff standing within arm's reach. She also told another woman shopping in the store that she must leave any item for purchase at the front desk rather than touch it.As a local resident of the immediate downtown area, I was appalled at what I witnessed. Also as a mental health professional, I would note that if one were to approach say a shopper with autism or trauma in this manner, a safety issue could ensue for all.The internet offers many free resources on introductory principles of business, such as how to pretend you respect paying customers in order to generate repeat business.
