The Hotel Maria is a beautiful hotel right across from the ocean, so it's a super easy walk across the street to a pristine beach! The hotel allows guests to check out really comfortable beach chairs and towels to use for the day, so no need to lug additional beach gear on vacation.The beach did get pretty crowded on weekend days and I think some non-hotel guests were encroaching on the private beach, which is adjacent to a public-access beach.We were there over Labor Day weekend 2023.My family and I stayed in a suite at the back of the hotel with an awesome ocean view from the balcony. We could also see the view of the bay in the other direction. Guest service was excellent and the onsite restaurant was delicious. I liked the guest snack bar, which even included sparkling wine upon request.I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hotel Maria!As an EV (Tesla) owner, my only complaint is that when the hotel restaurant and parking lot got really crowded on weekend nights, non-EVs often parked in the one spot clearly marked as reserved for EVs—next to the Tesla destination charger (also a great feature of the hotel).I'd recommend that the hotel valets not park non-EVs in this spot (if they're doing that?) and that the hotel invest in at least one more Tesla charger, as I wasn't the only Tesla driver there during my stay. It wasn't too big of an issue, as I was able to charge enough when needed, but always frustrating when non-EVs park where they shouldn't.

Beautiful hotel, good service, great view. My only suggestion is for the price the finishes could be in better shape. We stayed in room 2401, the crown mounding above the kitchen cabinets is badly installed, a few of the kitchen cabinet doors don’t close, there are globs of paint on the tile trim in the bathroom and touch up paint needs to occur. If I’m spending $1200 a night on a suite I want it in prime condition. Other then that, a very nice suite and hotel. Thanks.

Our first visit. We are so glad we decided to try this beautiful hotel. Hotel Maria, is just so beautiful, amazing, peaceful, & quite place. Our King Room was upgraded to a Suite. I must say we have stayed in a lot of places but this toped everything. We were very pleased and will be back a few times a year. The suite was amazing, the food was Five Star, absolutely delicious food!!! Let me put it this way. We started looking to buy a place like this for when we retire. This is exactly what we would want. Thank you Maria for spoiling us with your Fantastic food and Amazing place.Rooms: We could live here full time. The rooms & suite was just amazing. Stunning, to perfection.Noteworthy details: You can see the waves from your room. They have bikes that you can use to go bike riding. They have a pantry open if you need anything it is on them. It is there for your convince and included with room.

We LOVE Hotel Maria. We tend to come after the Labor Day rush is over. We enjoy celebrating our Anniversary here many times. We'll managed and Completely cordial.

Love, love, love The Hotel Maria. The room was sound proof, the bathroom was clean, spacious and nicely designed. Fun to watch the beach from the balcony which was steps away. Great parking included in stay. Sebastion is a terrific concierge. Patrick provided outstanding customer service from Room service. A real treat to stay here.

If I could leave The Hotel Maria 10 stars I would.Fantastic stay here!! Super clean, beautiful hotel. The restaurant was truely amazing. Excellent cocktails & delicious apps/dinner. They really think of everything & staff is very friendly & accommodating.Highly recommend!!Rooms: Absolutely gorgeous , clean rooms.

Just wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you for another year’s amazing stay this past week at our favorite hotel. We have stayed with you every year since 2019 and this trip we were lucky enough to stay in room 2403. What a treat!Shout out to your amazing staff, front desk person, housekeeping, and restaurant for above and beyond hospitality. Staying with you is truly a luxury experience without pretense, which we love. Hopefully we will be back for an end of summer trip!

The Most Perfect Experience for an overnight stay for my family of 4. Ocean View Room with two double beds was decorated lovely. Room and bathroom were very spacious with lovely amenities. Hotel lobby staff was extremely helpful and kind. Pantry of free treats was an absolute added bonus for my children. We look very forward to returning for a longer stay next time.

My wife and I loved this hotel!! Nothing but the best! Our 2 year old son loves it also! The free snacks are a really nice perk. All of our meals at the cafe maria were to die for and the location is prime! Everyone who works there is really nice and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!The DiLieto’

The Hotel Maria is a little gem in the middle of Misquamicut beach! It's very clean and fairly new.Its directly across the street from the beach. I'd highly recommend it along with their onsite restaurant that serves quality Italian cuisine. The staff is professional and friendly.

Another amazing stay at The Maria! Grabbed a room last minute after our cross-country fight was canceled and made a great recovery here. Staff was great starting at check-in and we received an unexpected upgrade to a suite on the top floor. We were placed in the Winnapaug Pond suite which is beyond amazing! Thank you for the up grade! As always, we enjoyed onsite breakfast, great views, and complimentary guest panty (Greek yogurts, fresh apples, chips, cheezits, cookies). Beach access is key and right across the street. Rooms are spotless, every time. i want you to understand that the staff here is what keeps us coming back. The beach experience was great too, very well controlled access and the water was great. Cheers!
