Returned a wallet and they gave me the hardest time, had my receipt and they still argued with me. Got my cash back and went to Groton to buy the correct wallet to match my Nash purse. Never a hassle there. Sorry Westerly… you’re just too rude to deal with.

I went in just to look around for one thing and ended up leaving with a bag of so so many more things. They have lots of great deals and their hello kitty selection is pretty big! I recommend this store to hello kitty lovers and those who love great deals! Definitely check out the bag section and the skincare/makeup!
