Obviously they are an excellent company as they continue to be our go to for car sales as well as servicing. Their service staff are excellent as is their sales staff. STOP SHOPPING AROUND FOR SUBARU AND HEAD DOWN TO VALENTI SUBARU IN WESTERLY, RHODE ISLAND!! This is the only place to purchase your Subaru! This staff is exceptional—personalized and professional service in every interaction! We can’t say enough about how knowledgeable this staff is about every vehicle in their inventory!
Our BIGGEST complaint is that Mr. Valenti no longer gives free oil changes to new car purchase clients. The free oil changes were the icing on the cake that maintained client loyalty. Fortunately the staff is so exceptional that they create a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please Mr. Valenti, ice the cake and bring back the free oil changes!
