Car buying at its best! My wife needed a new car and in our research and while shopping around we stopped at Valenti Toyota. Paul Bernardoni came out to greet us in the lot and was super helpful and never pushed us. Just showed us the car we were interested in and answered questions then said he would let us have our time and he was available whenever we were ready. A few weeks later we walked in and right up to Paul and started the buying process. Paul was honest and helpful and made us feel comfortable the entire process. If you need a car go see Paul!

Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Toyota from Paul Bernardoni at Valenti's Toyota of Westerly. We have bought several (5) from Valenti's Toyota and we were helped by Paul on all but one of them. We look for Paul because we know we will get outstanding service and advice from him. He is the most honest salesman We have dealt with in over 50 years of car buying. His knowledge and expertise in his performance of helping customers is second to none. We were very impressed with the knowledgeable staff, their friendliness, and they're attentiveness. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience. We never felt any pressure. The salesman Al was very friendly and very helpful. The business manager was also very good. We would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Let's face it car buying is not one of those events you necessarily look forward to, but Paul Bernardoni at Valenti Toyota recently changed that for us while buying our newest car. He made the process seamless. Good customer service seems to be losing ground but not so with Paul. He knew and spent time reviewing all the car's features, was prompt at getting back to us and made the overall experience a pleasant one. We highly recommend a visit to Valenti's and ask for Paul if you are looking for a car.

After missing out on a car I had previously looked into, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Paul Bernardoni telling me he had a car with just the specs I was looking for. I met with him, and he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful, patiently explaining the complexities of all that a Prius has to offer. My decision was made, in no small part to Paul's help and support. He even offered ongoing help as I grow accustomed to my new vehicle, and the morning after I picked it up, he emailed me to check in and see if there was anything I might need. First class! The team at Valenti Toyota in Westerly makes buying a new vehicle a pleasurable experience. Kathy Urso took the time to understand what was important to us - from vehicle type & features to the price range. She pulled several trucks that met our criteria so we could take a look and narrow it down easily. She spent hours with us looking for the perfect truck and at no point did we feel rushed or pressure to buy. Chuck handled the financing and warranties and explained it all easily & straight forward. Everyone there is friendly - it feels like a family! They even beat the interest rate we were able to secure on our own. Hands down the best car buying experience!
