Our second visit was as wonderful as our first. We love the serenity of the location and grounds which are well maintained and lovely. Breakfast every morning was made to order accompanied by fresh baked goods. Hosts (Geoff and Leslie) are very attentive. Our room (Verona) was comfortable and clean with a balcony for morning coffee. We love the pool, the variety of drinks and snacks available, the vinyl record player in the estate's living room with classic albums, the fun sitting areas around the estate to sit with a glass of wine (found also in the living room) chatting about the day's activities...perfect for us. If you live a busy, hectic life and need a place to re-charge, and access the local restaurants and beaches, this place is ideal.

Just returned from our stay at The Villa which is an awesome B&B in a great location. This is a wonderful place the room impeccable, clean and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi was a perfect touch and the robes offered were nice to wear after using the jacuzzi. Leslie and Geoff are the best. They made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast wonderful and delicious. Leslie freshly baked a different pastry each day. On top of that each day something special was offered like waffles or pancakes or French toast or you could have eggs any way you want. Fruit, yogurt with toppings, juices, coffee and tea offered. Leslie and Geoff were helpful in planning our day with advice on where to eat or places to go. We enjoyed going to the beach and returning to take a dip in the inviting pool where towels were available. There were always drinks and snacks available. At night Leslie would leave a special treat like a brownie or cookie to take my favorite which was the chocolate chip. Before we left they gave me the pastry of that day which happened to be a chocolate croissant to take home which was delicious. I cannot say enough about the villa we highly recommend this place and we will be returning.

The bed was so comfortable and I loved having the pool there. It was so quaint and a perfect getaway. We are going to make this a regular vacation and are definitely staying longer next year! Also great breakfast every morning, 10/10

We had the most wonderful weekend stay at the villa! The moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was a joy to be hosted by Leslie and Jeff. They were so knowledgeable and hospitable. The breakfast every morning was delicious! And the pool - I have never seen such a beautifully kept, clean, sparkly pool. We enjoyed it all weekend. We can’t wait to come back.

The Innkeepers, Leslie and Geoff, were EXCELLENT. We called The Villa at noon for a last-minute reservation after canceled flights derailed our honeymoon and by 6pm we had a room ready for us - with fresh baked cookies, complimentary champagne and cheesecake. They were flexible with our room, as we had to take our trip day-to-day with other plans not working out. Beyond that, they maintain a homey, tranquil atmosphere, provided daily cooked-to-order breakfasts with fresh homemade baked goods, and offer complimentary local beers and wine by the pool. We will be back!

Leslie & Geoff were truly remarkable hosts - they were welcoming & attentive but not overbearing. They knew of a ton of great local spots to check out. The pool and jacuzzi tub were PRISTINE. I actually think this may be the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Also the daily breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed this trip so much & would recommend it to anyone. We hope to come back very soon!

Great service, quiet location, cozy, very clean, plenty of amenities. Great breakfast - delicious food, plenty of food! Free parking, plenty of safe, accessible parking. Pool was clean, quiet sitting area around pool. Large, clean bathroom w/ plenty of clean towels. Easy access to Watch Hill, Westerly, Misquamicut areas. Will be staying again!

Although not Waterfront, this very private location was a little oasis among beautiful gardens and pool very conveniently located to town! (5 star location would have been water view and unaffordable). The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were the highlight, custom orders, and very homey with homemade everything! The sheets were the softest and pillows the most comfortable that I have had in a hotel! Exceeded our expectations!

Leslie and Geoff were amazing hosts! Delicious, fresh cookies, muffins, and apple turnovers during our stay. Both hosts were very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended a few amazing locations for us to explore. We were able to choose our breakfast time, and our meals were made to order by both Leslie and Geoff. Definitely snag a pancake from Geoff if you get the chance! They were very considerate and made sure we were well taken care of.
We stayed in the Verona, and everything about it was perfect. Leslie had our room at a perfect temperature before we even arrived, and never made us feel like our requests were a bother. The quiet, sanctuary-like garden area, complimentary games, music and socializing options such as the firepit and common room were wonderful surprises. I can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here for a wedding! We thought it looked so romantic and well cared for. The hosts were very nice and personable, but I don't think we had the best experience, but it seems like plenty other people have! The bed was super comfy, the water was hot, and the house is beautiful.
We kind of expected to be offered some kind of partial reimbursement for the issues, but weren't. We shared this experience with a few other people, and they all also were surprised we weren't.
--
When we arrived, they mentioned the heat wasn't working but the HVAC person had come. They hadn't checked before we checked in though, even though they knew what time we were arriving, so when we arrived, the heat was still not working and it was FREEZING (October, in New England, on the water).
They brought in a space heater, which did provide heat although is not necessarily the safest to have on at all times when no one is in the room or at the villa. It kept getting caught in the door, but it was really the only safe place to put it.
While they had a space heater, the AC kept turning on, cancelling out the space heater. When we arrived after dinner friday night, the room was STILL freezing. We were nervous we weren't going to be able to shower the next day for the wedding if things didn't improve, so we started to make alternate arrangements to ensure we could do what we needed to, since the room wasn't reliable.
They ended up turning off the breaker to the AC to make sure it didn't turn on again, and it was ok the second night, but was not the comfortable and stress free experience we were hoping for.
There was also very little information provided- like, there was a board to mark down what time you were going to need breakfast, but we didn't find that out until after we arrived to breakfast. We had to ask where to find the ice machine (which is outside and we didn't get a response until we were needing to leave), and generally just felt a little bit lost and bummed at the experience.
----
I think in the future, definitely call to confirm the day of that everything is working in your room, and make alternate plans if not. And a booklet with information or QR code to a webpage would be super helpful and not have us needing to text the hosts and wait for a response!

You’ve GOT to stay here. I do wedding makeup and the bride and her crew got ready here yesterday. The managers are above and beyond with every detail. And the FOOD is incredibly perfect. No need to go out to eat if you stay here. The managers are SO hospitable and professional with a long list of professional history Must go

I can't say enough good things about this little BnB! The innkeeper hosts are lovely people. They thought of all the little details; beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, ice, snacks and even a fridge full of beer. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh just for us. You can basically order whatever you like. The pool and grounds were lovely. We stayed in the Rosa room and it had plenty of space, was clean and very comfortable. It is located less than a 5 minute drive from Misquamicut Beach which was also a great spot to enjoy the afternoon with plenty of parking and beach bar and restaurant options. If you get the chance to make a little getaway down here, do it! We could only stay for a short time but it was just enough to recharge our batteries.

The Villa Bed and Breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. John and Juli Anne, the Inn Keepers were so delightful, lovely and accommodating. Their attention to details made our stay memorable. Looking forward to our next visit to this amazing piece of paradise.
