I’ve been coming here for a few months and I love it! There are always machines available and the facility is very clean and accommodating. The fitness classes are wonderful and I look forward to them each week!

I have trained at gyms since 1989. Westerly fitness for sure is the most friendly of all I have trained at. The owner is super knowledgeable. He has all the equipment you would need, without it being cluttered. The people who train here are both helpful and respectful. I have never seen so many people willing to help others. Although I have been around, I have asked others about thier exercises. They have always taken the time to show me what they do. As a result, I have been crushing it fitness wise. At close to age 66, I look the best I have ever looked. When you feel comfortable, your work is better. For sure, that is the case at Westerly fitness. The weights are always put back where they belong. Everyone cleans the equipment after use. If I had to write something, negative, the locker room is on the smaller side but I go there to train, not to use a sauna or steam room. If you r just beginning or a veteran of the gym wars, Westerly Fitness is a place that all can come. I have crushed it here. You, no doubt will too.

Great equipment, great pricing and amazing owners. The owners at this gym will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and taken care of. 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

Love Westerly Fitness! Their classes are awesome, fit perfect in my schedule, great variety and never overcrowded because they cap off the number of people. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable!

Happened to me about a year ago when I was visiting my friend here in Westerly, I got a week pass to work out here, and I guess the owner was spying on me the whole time saying that I might hurt myself or whatever. My personal theory is this guy might be a low-key racist, thinking that Asian guy lifting heavyweights might hurt himself or damage his equipment or whatever. I was handling 7 to 8 plates and maxing out the barbell.

I could not rate this facility and the staff here higher. Melissa G provided outstanding personal training. Directed, and individual. Melissa W has tough but motivating classes. Ashley's classes are strengthening, but her nutrition is life-changing. This is a facility that makes one better. Staff, owner and clientele all contribute towards it.

They had some scam artist advertise what sounded like a personal trainer program, but you had a group to go through it with. When I went in there for a meeting, I asked for clarification of what he was talking about. He definitely said I could cancel after a month as long as I wrote something to the company and sent it by mail, which I did. And there was no group effort at all. You just go in there by yourself, like a regular gym situation. I did it exactly as he told me to do and they rejected it. He will not answer my calls or texts, and the owner of the gym did not help at all. The good classes were always all booked up, and I figured my first day I would get more than a 30-second intro to how things work at the gym. Extremely disappointed. Now I am stuck with $1000+ bill from a debt collector for absolutely nothing.

I have tried a handful of gyms and nothing has compared to Westerly Fitness. Over the 5+ years belonging to this gym, I have witnessed the hard work Mike and his team have put into making improvements to enhance the member experience. The sense of community and belonging is unmatched. The gym is always clean and the variety of classes offered is wonderful to keep things fresh and interesting. The staff has always been kind and willing to lend a hand when needed. THANK YOU!!

The gym is great. Very spacious, clean, with great equipment. Overall it's one of the best gyms I have ever seen, and anyone in need of a gym should join.
