“Let me preface this by saying I am VERY wary of mechanics because I have been taken advantage of before. My previous mechanic I trusted retired, and I was dreading finding a new one. At Trudeau’s Auto Repair, I had a really great experience - went for an oil change and it was quick and inexpensive - no trying to sell me unnecessary services. I knew going in that my brakes needed some help so they did tell me that, and got my car back in the same week. What they quoted me for the repair is what they charged, and it was really fair pricing. It can be rare to find people that you feel you can trust, but I think here I may have found some.”
“I appreciate the lady working the desk she was kind. Not sure if she’s the one that also answers the phone but the phone call lady was nice too. The downside I have here is I know shops want some money but having to come in with what I already got diagnosed for as a problem and having a two hour appointment to later be told the problem I knew already. And then asked to come in at a later date for said problem to be fixed was a bit of a hassle especially having to pay for what I already knew and not having it fixed then. I’m struggling myself financially in this economy and it just would have been nice to be listened to so that the extra payment and hours of time to check something could have been avoided. Then the time could be used for all the other customers. I know the place sees a lot of business. There are many many happy reviewers. Just something to keep in mind for the future and to be mindful of the fact that everyone is struggling right now. Other than that I didn’t really find any issues with customer service overall and thought the mechanics and front desk lady were nice.”

“Excellent work — absolutely top notch.
I brought my CR-V to Inferno for a head unit, amplifier, speakers, and subwoofer installation, and everything was completed quickly, cleanly, and professionally.
They do much more than audio, too. They also installed my dash cam, trailer hitch, front bull bar, and lights, and everything works exactly as it should.
They installed sound deadening in the doors as well, and the difference is huge — the CR-V is so much quieter on the highway now.
The system sounds fantastic. My passengers love it, and it makes long road trips so much more enjoyable. I find myself looking for new songs just to hear how they sound through the system.
If you’re thinking about working with Inferno, make an appointment. They do things right the first time, happily answer questions, and follow up afterward. Highly recommended.”

I brought my car in after another mechanic didn’t resolve my main complaint, he replaced my left strut and all the other damages the other shop did without any extra charges. He even took pictures of all the damages and sent them to me so I’d have proof. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to have encountered this shop, especially because the condition of my car before hand wasn’t even considered safe to drive on the road.
