“Jarrod Rump did a great job. Listened to what I wanted and what was not important. Put me in the right vehicle for me. Also I know how to open the trunk without the key fob or pressing the button on the dash. Moved quickly through the process because I did not want to make this an all day thing. I also appreciated the business manager, I think his name was Derek. He did not take forever and was a soft sell on all the added features I never want. In the past that has been uncomfortable for me, this was smooth and easy peasy and no pressure. Over all a very good experience.”
