This store is why Rockauto exists. This store asks 2WD or 4WD when you buy windshield wipers and gets offended if you actually walk in with part numbers instead of trusting them to look it up. And then when you return the incorrct part they insisted was correct have fun dealing with rude staff like Kathleen.

The staff at AutoZone were super helpful and friendly. They quickly helped me find the right battery and even installed it for free. They also ran a check engine diagnostic and explained everything clearly. Great service all around—highly recommend!

Prices are way too expensive. Moore corporate greed. Most of the workers can't tell you a difference between a screw and a bolt. There are some good experience people hear about few and far between.

I had an amazing experience here! The guy with blue hair was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He immediately noticed I had an issue and wasted no time getting to work.
He went above and beyond to help me—I originally came in for a simple check engine light, and he quickly identified the codes, narrowing down the possible causes. Thanks to his expertise, we discovered my alternator was the real problem. His guidance saved me so much time and money! I bought a new alternator, had my husband install it, and now my car is running perfectly again.
I’ll definitely be coming back to see him (I believe his name was Hennessy). Outstanding customer service—I truly appreciate his help!

Honestly I don't recommend anyone to go to this auto zone!! Horrible customer service. I don't know why I even went there today had horrible experience when I first started driving at this location and I just figured give them a try seeing it's been 13 years since I went the last time nope never agian will I step foot in there!! I went in and got in line I had a question to see if they can help me with my key fob it said the battery was low. They were helping the guy in front of me and I was next mean while two other people get in line behind me to cash out . An older man came up and said can I help you and I said I was looking for help with a battery for my fob he said oh I don't know how to do that you'll have to wait for one of them in that time the other guy takes the customer behind me so I step back into line there's still one more person behind me then the other guys with the can said can I help you and I was like yes I just have a question and I started to walk up to him he stops me and says let me cash him out first so I stop and step back again. After he's done with that guy he say how can I help you I start to tell him what I need help with he cuts me off mid sentence and he said oh we don't do that here you need to go on YouTube for that and then continues with oh and you definitely need a battery but again I don't know what battery so your got to look on YouTube! I just walked out I couldn't believe that was his answer and to take two customers first before even seeing what I needed. So disappointing. Needless to say I went right down the road about a half a mile to advanced auto parts and the guy that was there was absolutely amazing busted out a pocket knife and fixed my fob within 5 minutes very professional. Just go to advanced auto parts! Auto zone would rather you use YouTube Instead of supporting there company!!

Employees yells at me that I 1 min left 4 min before closing and upon my departure they proceed to lock the doors 2 min before there closing time. I pray they turn these stores around cuz the way the internet is going people will only order online becuz I know I’m tired of being disrespected every time. I got there
