Great service! Call to see if they had a caliper tool available for rent after my Franklin location didn't and weren't so pleasant either. Milford location was excellent in customer service! I was very impressed when I arrived. They had to part out ready and waiting for me and the 2 guys working there very friendly, very nice. All around was a great experience. I highly recommend the Milford location. If you need anything for your car or if you don't have a certain tool, you can just go in and rent it for up to 90 days. Put the deposit on your credit card when you return the tool, they take the deposit off and if you don't return it after the 90 days you own it! The deposit they took will now be a charge on your card, which is fair. That's a great benefit, so you don't need to purchase a tool you might only need to use once.

The employee I had was fantastic the service was great but I'm disappointed in AutoZone as a business. I went in to get my car diagnosed to know what part I needed to buy. The employee could not help me because there was only 1 person on and they couldn't leave the store. AutoZone needs to have more employees working at all times. I don't want to get anyone fired so I'm not disclosing any name or how they helped.

It’s been My go to for a while, but now it will stay that way almost permanently for sure , espically after the exceptional customer service from Isiah ; a very knowledge person who knows what he is talking about unlike a lot of people . Way better than advanced auto for sure this is the place to go to if you’re in the area ! These awesome people like Isiah will take care of you and help you to their fullest extent. Will be returning always!

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at AutoZone on Diamond Hill Road in Woonsocket RI! I needed a replacement front windshield wiper and they took the time not only to look up and ensure I had the proper wiper, but also installed it for me. I would have been lost with finding the correct wiper and then replacing the old one for sure! Thank you for your kindness to both people working this morning!
