had a great experience when i needed body work on my car, even helped me through making the insurance claim. my car came back fixed, charged, and even cleaned! i’m very happy with my experience.

Tried buying a TT AUDI Roadster. Slow to respond, slow to help, don’t stay open late, don’t work weekends. Told it’s my ordeal to get there within their hours if I want a car from them and to drive irresponsibly and dangerously fast to get there before they close to, accommodate their hours. No thanks. Too many other car dealerships that would be waaaaay kinder and more accommodating. Five thumbs down.

He ripped me off. I paid $9,000 for a base model v4 Honda Accord with 120,000 miles. Never will buy from him again.

This guy is a complete bad joke and they don't come ruder than him. He inherited the business from his dad who is now retired and this clown doesn't know the first thing about good customer service unless of course he's helping his toothless friends from the local bar around the corner. It was a much nicer place when his super friendly Mom worked there but now he's there all alone and he's a complete jerk. Pass on this horrible place of business and go visit some of the more professional and friendly used car businesses over in Milford, Uxbridge and Mendon. This guy doesn't deserve anyone's business.

Kevin goes above and beyond and provides great customer services as does his staff. This is our 3rd time for repair services and always is beyond expectations. Have also contacted my insurance company to report excellence in work and without hesitation would recommend to family and friends

I had some rot on a car I really liked. I Did most of the prep and they sprayed it and it came out great. A lot of places didn't want touch it or bother. Because there wasn't a insurance check. They took care of me. Should of had them spay the whole car. There work looks so good.

Awesome experience Kevin is very upfront and easy to talk to. Dwayne did an awesome job painting my van to make it look new again. Dwane also took pictures of the process to ensure that the damaged areas were fixed correctly and that he didn't just slap Bondo over it and paint. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go here!

I would give negative stars if I could. I was rear ended back in February of 2019 and brought my car here for repairs. They were paid over $6000 to basically replace the entire back end of my car and exhaust. They had my car for over a month getting this completed. November 2019 I get rear ended again but only on the passenger side this time. This time I take my car to the body shop recommended by the insurance company--wish I'd done that the first time . When they remove the bumper to replace the damaged panel they notice that underneath it is extensive damage on the rear driver side. They can't do what they need to do without fixing it but it's not a result of this accident so now we have to have a special investigation. Once the investigation was concluded it turns out Bernier charged me $311.98 and 8.2 hours of labor @ $48/hr for a rear body component that they didn't install. So by my calculations that adds up to $705 and one count of insurance fraud. So far my calls have gone unreturned. Next one will be from a lawyer.

great customer service, Kevin is very upfront and honest. Dwayne did an awesome job on our van in a timely and professional manner. Dwayne also took pictures of the process to show me to ensure that the job was done correctly and that they didn't just slap Bondo over it. very happy with the results will definitely go there again and recommend to my friends and family.

purchased a car from them for 5,000$ 2 years ago. after two years i have been able to do all the things needed to the car to get it legally inspected. this car was kbb valued at 3 grand in perfect condition so paying 2 grand over i expected the car to have no issues. within 24 hours of taking the car home the check engine light came on and it was a problem involving the powertrain. i thought ok well the car came with a 30 day powertrain warranty great they will take care of it. i was wrong when i brought the car back he said it is not covered despite being powertrain related because they have their own "in house powertrain warranty" so really it was not a powertrain warranty it was a " if your engine blows up" warranty. turns out the cats needed to be replaced and the fuel tank was leaking fuel and fumes in to the car. this means that they illegally passed the cars inspection and simply cleared the codes when it was time for me to take the car home. even when i brought it back they cleared the codes and told me to see if it comes back. essentially he was trying to run out the clock on my "warranty". these people check all the boxes for the stereotypical stealership scams. i am sure some people have gotten good deals but that is all pure luck because while they may have some good cars on the lot they will gladly scam you in order to turn a profit on the the cars with issues. if they want to take responsibility for their actions and reimburse me for the cost of just the parts needed to legally pass the car for inspection i will happily show respect for that and adjust my review but until then i will continue to let people know how they operate.
