Well maintained historical former school building. ADA compliant affordable Section 8 apartments for disabled people and over 55. Unique apartments with a good fire rating and 4x4 storage units. Old, large leaky school house windows. No insulation or sound proofing between apartments. Only 3 clothes washers and 3 dryers for 88 units. No assigned parking spaces. Some security cameras inside non outside. On going theft of mail packages. People are smoking in the building despite it being a smoke free environment. Management should be better, poor communication with tenants.
