I was ordered a medication on a Friday and I get a test saying that they will contact the MD for an alternative medication. I’m thinking that they will do as stated in the text and waited until Tuesday next week. I will a message in the CVS in Newburgh north plank road to call me back. A person, I think, calls me back and I asked if they receive the replacement from the MD and she tell me that the medication is over the counter.
I asked her when were they planning on telling me this and she stated “ I just did”.
Rude, unprofessional, uncaring, inhumane people if you can call them that. It’s not the first time this happens all of the time. are the CVS executive at all concerned about a 1.6 score out of 5.
They say the fish smells at the head and trickles down to the body. I wonder if the big fish is the same as the lines in the stores. CVS has an expiration date coming soon as this is not sustainable.

Reading the innumerable awful and some good reviews I realized that its all about location. I've been a customer with CVS for many years now with only one hiccup with customer service. Other than that, I've never been placed on hold, never had my meds delayed or confused and never have I had a bad rap with any employee, either through the drive or inside the store. It's all about location. My Rumford, Pawtucket, Rhode Island CVS store has an awesome professional and respectful caring crew.

Absolutely atrocious. Between the abusive and downright rude pharmacist at my local CVS in Portsmouth RI, the district manager from Woonsocket who provides no follow up for an active and open complaint against said pharmacist and the Byzantine voice prompts and unhelpful operators at the CVS call center to access the district manager, I’m amazed that this company is not defunct. It should be. And I repeat atrocious through and through. What a thorough sham. It would be smarter buying your meds at the fun house!!!!!!!

Disgusted with CVS services. No one picked up at the pharmacy. You have to go down in person with a prescription as no one answers the phone in the Torrance area and Redondo Beach. You can even get a hold of corporate as they make you wait too. Hope your company does something about this as people are going to start going to other pharmacies. I hope other people will switch to different pharmacies too. This will for CVS to get more help!!!

My husband just had emergency surgery at Broward Imperial Point. Went to cvs to get his pain medication. Pharmacist lied and said he had no Percocet and it will take a week to get. Funny because he only got a week of medication. So, essentially he told us to not come back. Want to know why I know the pharmacist was lying? I’m a pharmacist and it doesn’t take a week to order. There is an electronic DEA set up for ordering. I wanted to report the pharmacist for violating state law by refusing to fill this prescription but they refused to give me his name. Oh! And don’t bother with this complaint number. They try to sell you things, you need to hit # multiple times, and then you are hung up on. LESSON LEARNED!!! Don’t go to CVS.

I’m speaking the deplorable conditions at 1235 aBroadstreetj ,Waynesboro, Virginia . This place is laughable. The line is so long you could get cobwebs on yourself before you get waited on. As of right now you cannot get thru on their line. Two employees have walked off the job and the people who are there now are NOT happy. This place was never great for customer service and now it doesn’t exist! I’m praying this sorry excuse for a pharmacy closes for Good and soon. I’m going to another pharmacy for sure.

7020 cityline Ave is the worst cvs to get your medication from not only do they close early the dr. Will put your prescription in and they email saying it’s ready you go to pick it up it’s lost. They never answer the phone nor do they or a manager have customer service. I will be transferring my prescriptions back to riteaide.it’s horrible you try not to complaint after waiting 30mins on the phone to see if your medication was done they don’t answer. And the service line is no better it’s ridiculous.
