I never got my license back from the counter lady, i keep trying to communicate myself through the phone number listed and it is basically impossible.

They spelled my name wrong on my driver's license and don't have a phone that anyone answers. I'll need to take another day off work to drive in to get them to tell me how they can fix their mistake and will likely need to come back a 3rd time with whatever documents I need for them to fix their mistake.

My experience was awesome. I like that they now have appointments. I was in the building maybe 15 minutes. The people checking your paper work are awesome.

Came here after making an appointment to register my vehicle. Was in and out in a jiffy and the staff here is very kind and helpful. A much better system they have in place with the appointments it saved me an incredible amount of time.

I definitely recommend this DMV location. The employees were nice and helpful (especially Carla), plus, my scheduled appointment was pretty much on-time. I moved to Rhode Island from California and was concerned about transferring my car and driver’s license, but Carla was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She made my worries and concerns all go away as she helped me with all the necessary paperwork to make me a Rhode Island resident. Thank you Carla you are THE BEST!
