The employees do their best to keep the store in operation.

During a recent visit to the store around midday, I observed a conversation among several employees, including a tall male and an older lady, as well as others who were wearing green uniforms. Unfortunately, the subject matter of their discussion focused on negative comments about some of their colleagues, which raised concerns about the overall workplace atmosphere.
On a positive note, I did notice significant improvements in the store’s cleanliness and organization. The shelves appeared well-maintained and decluttered, and there were no boxes obstructing the floor space. I appreciate the enhancements made to the store’s appearance; however, I believe fostering a more respectful and collegial environment among the staff is equally important for the overall success of the business.

I was in here a few weeks ago. I was waiting in line. The manager of the store was in front of me buying himself some stuff. He ordered the cashier to call an employee to the front. First off this wasted my valuable time. Second this piece of human garbage started screaming at the employee and saying absolutely horrible things to her and was just downright awful. He made the poor girl cry. Managers that treat employees like that don't deserve jobs (even minimum wage ones). Don't visit this garbage depressed bus depot of a location. Head on over to the one in Bellingham or Cumberland....heck even the other Woonsocket location is better. Like the other reviewer said this place is located in a run down mostly abandoned strip mall. It's depressing and there is literally tons of trash blowing around in the wind.

The 70 year old women is so rude and unprofessional. It surprises me someone her age can behave the way she does. I realize it's the $store but still. Simple politeness to customers isn't very difficult

Business customer here, called to confirm that they indeed had what I wanted in stock since I was almost an hour drive away. Get to the store they don't have anything and I asked multiple times. Gas is near $5 per gallon. What a waste of space called dollar tree.

Worst store in the city, not a great store to get a job at. Very unprofessional and they don't care about anyone but themselves..

I waited 10 or 15 minutes in line and when I got to the front they told me that they do not let the public use the restroom. I had to go really bad and for me to wait in line for a long time just for them to tell me I can't use the restroom. And I spend money here so for them to say that to me I'm not going to shop there anymore. Would not recommend going to the diamond hill dollar tree.
