  We use Edible Arrangements for get well, new baby, or other occasion gifts. It's on the expensive side, but they are very good quality and extremely appreciated.
  They are very good with communicating and delivery, and we've had great success with this Woonsocket store in particular

  I've just had yet another fine experience with this location! The staff is caring and helpful and customer service superb. I've sent arrangements for times of celebration (birthdays and holidays), times of loss, times of healing, and they are always lovely and well-received by dear friends, whatever the occasion. And with Mother's Day just around the corner, I may return to this location sooner rather than later!

  Ordered a customer platter for same day delivery. Delivery person said they handed of platter but never delivered it. When we called the driver they answered and hung up once we told him he never delivered it. Horrible customer service!!

  I'm not a person that I like to complain about anything, but unfortunately 😕 I have to do it this time!
  
  It was my mom's birthday yesterday.
  I'm out of the state. So I thought 🤔 maybe I could order a little something for her, then I found this place. I order everything online! I was looking for something simple but nice and yummy.
  
  But for the price that I paid at least I expect my mom to get something nice!! The fruits were ok but the flower that I order NOT😪😔
  It was already wilting... without saying that it was a bit pricey...
  
  Sorry guys but unfortunately I'm not 100% happy with my purchase 😕

  Absolutely horrible unprofessional store and staff! No one ever asks the phone plus the owner is rude. Please do not order from this location unless you would like to go through the hassle of not knowing when your order will be delivered, no email confirmation, and want to experience terrible customer service.

  I ordered and paid for Vday delivery every other day around it was free delivery. They weren’t delivered until the next day. I ordered roses but Ibwas told by store associates that they ran out so she received carnations and daisies half of which were either short or broken. I called the Woonsocket, RI store twice and spoke to two different associates each time both of which assured me I would receive call from the manager-no call. I also put in three tickets on their website and received three emails stating someone would contact me which also never happened. What can you do when these big companies do this? There should be some kind of restitution

  Order never was delivered!!The next dayTried calling after 10 minutes of being on hold was told to hold again for another 10 minutes and the was transferred to answering machine!! Very disappointed!! In my words very unprofessional!!!!!!!FYIStill waiting for refund!!!And ruined valentine day!!

  I ordered a chocolate dipped strawberries box on January 30,2024 and requested to be delivered on february 14,2024. My fiancee still did not receive her Valentines day gift and when i called the store they promised to have it delivered on the 14th. I’m very disappointed and never doing business with edible arrangements.

  Very disappointed. Yes it is a holiday and things get hectic. My order was supposed to be delivered but I had to go pick it up. When I got there my order was missing. The young man that was looking for my order was rude. I was waiting 20 minutes for my order and he had then stop my order to make someone else’s order. When I questioned getting the delivery charge refunded he got upset and said I’ll tell my boss. I was one of five in the store who was picking up their order instead of it being delivered. I was very disappointed with the service. This wasn’t the first time I had a problem their but it will be the last

  Many things wrong! Complete failure for something that should’ve been a simple birthday gesture for a friend.I ordered what was supposed to be the Mini Happy Birthday Dessert & Balloon Party Kit (listed it comes with a personal edible arraignment, a personalized message attached, a cupcake, and a balloon). I requested in the delivery notes if person so happen to not be home prior to 4p, to please leave at the back door on a table or chair. I called at 10:30a before opening and left a voicemail about updating my message as a name was missing. I never heard back from anyone. I called again at 12:30p now during open business hours. I spoke to a man whom I asked if my order was still there if I could have the note updated slightly as there was a name somehow missing. He said my order was soon to go but promised to take care of it for me. I tell him the name to add, he verifies the spelling, I correct him and he says ok he will update it. I also asked if my order will be delivered before 4p as she goes to work at that time, he confirms it would as again it was going out soon. At 5:32p I get a text message from an Uber driver telling me the order was dropped off. I ask if it was dropped off in the front or back, they say front. So it sat outside on the front for hours, not delivered before 4p as promised, an I was told it was “soon going out” over 5 hours prior and I added my note as fyi JUST IN CASE and still directions weren’t followed to leave in back. The card was never updated as I was promised it would be AND the order was not fulfilled as there was no cupcake shipped with everything else in this kit I purchased. What a waste! Never again!
