Can’t speak highly enough about the employees at this GameStop. All very helpful, but more importantly, trustworthy. I send all my cards to psa through this location specifically. Any questions were answered throughly and I’ve sent about a dozen separate times now. Thank you guys for actually being good at your job!

Bought a Switch 2, a few games, and a few amiibos on launch day. Came back the next day to return a few amiibos because I didn’t need them. The manager gave me an attitude and asked why I was returning them. I told him I needed money for important bills and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me an angry sigh. I wasn’t going to leave a review but before I could even get out of the store he tells his coworker I’m a scalper and I’m assuming he thought I’m returning them because I couldn’t flip a profit. First off I’m not a scalper and if I was a scalper why would the same receipt I brought you show that I bought a console and multiple games. Kind of a rude accusation to make considering I don’t even shop hear often at all and you have no basis to make a claim like that about a customer. If you’re in the area make the trip to the North Attleboro location. Much better employees and selection.

Don't ever buy a warranty for a new product. I bought a new controller, i I tried returning it for a new one with the warranty. When I brought it back they tried exchanging it with a pre-owned one which is absurd nothing like the warranty that's actually listed online that you can clearly read. So not only do you pay $15 for warranty but you end up losing your own $15 on a new controller versus a pre-owned controller so you're basically being robbed avoid GameStop at all costs especially this location

Went today for Pokémon prismatic evolutions release .stood outside with a line for over an hour. Finally they open just for the cashier to say he only had like 3 boxes he could sell. He could have been courteous enough to step outside & let us all know that instead of letting everyone freeze outside. & also….only had 3 etb’s available to sell??? I been on the website for weeks now & not once would it ever let me atleast pre order. What a dam joke that was! I left work for that release thankfully i was still on the clock & had permission but what a waste of time! GameStop blows!!!

Placed an online order and they were to lazy to even look it up in the system, started processing my order at 7:30pm, a half hour before they close and the order still isn’t ready. It’s just a controller! Show up the next day (today) they are supposed to be open at 10am, well they still aren’t open and it’s almost 11am. They are lazy here.

Today I went in for beyblades, and this lady was in the front counter super attentive to what I was doing and made sure to provide great customer service . She told me where I could find the products I needed and told me about some other products. Her name was misty and she was super helpful compared to other workers I’ve been around. i’m a pro member & spend a lot of money & time at gamestop, but today honestly made me not want to return. the woman cashiering was beyond rude, impatient, & had zero customer service skills. i came in with store credit plus my monthly $5 reward, & she was upset i was using it & asked her to price match from the website. she was on a phone call & shouting how she wants to quit. it’s understandable to be stressed out working retail. i have worked at retail jobs my entire life, but this level of unprofessionalism was insane. i came in at 02:31 pm on 06/01/24. i’m not sure if i will be returning to this store.

Worst staff. The manager, An older asian lady is the literal worst. Called the police over a $7 video game. And i was a good customer. I recently bought a ps5 pro remote for over $250 not even three months ago. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I was informed by the officers she does this often and we had a good laugh. I hope she teaches her kids better. Needless to i will be buying my stuff elsewhere, Thanks.

Honestly, terrible store terrible staff Was told over the phone for trading price seven dollars walk there about 45 minutes when I got there was given an attitude and told I don’t know why you were told seven dollars and got $1.05 honestly GameStop is entire scam wouldn’t recommend any of these stores even this one

Apparently they did not delete my old system after I traded it in. Someone had fun with my account and screwed me about $100. So the $80 I got for the system was pretty much taken from me. No wonder this company struggles.

Tried selling older model ps5 to heavy set girl and she said it's not connecting to the Internet so she would take it as broken I said no took it home plugged it in and it's working perfectly fine Internet is connected
