We love Hamlet Learning Center! My son has been going to HLC since he was 4 months old and is now in the Toddler Room. Every day I drop him off he can't wait to start the day and when I pick him up he is always so happy. All of the teachers there have been wonderful, and really care for the kids, which is a huge comfort when I have to leave my baby to go to work. My son is definitely thriving, thanks in large part to the amazing staff, and all of the learning he has done at HLC!

This was by far the worst daycare I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At first it seemed great but it only took a day for me to realize the staff has terrible attitudes, complain about everything. Unlike most daycares they do not provide anything your child needs nor will they warm up their food or store it in a fridge. After a couple weeks my son started crying whenever I would drop him off which is not normal behavior for him. I would pick him up and multiple times he had a poop diaper and they made me change it because they were busy (what do they get paid for??) I noticed atleast twice the poop was dry by the time I got to change him which makes me wonder how long they left him sitting in it. These people are horrible and will call social services for any little thing to the point where social services them selves will advise you to find another daycare due to their insignificant complaints about the most petty things. Honestly if you can, find another place because this one should be shut down asap the director is also very rude and talks to parents like their slow or something I have a 13 year old as well as my 1 1/2 year old so this is not my first rodeo. I’ve been calling to get my refund for a week that was already paid for and she has been ignoring my calls !! Going to sue them for sure

understaff. the director is so unprofessional, if your child is low functioning do NOT bring them. they had told me i shouldn’t bring my son just because he is non verbal and was showing signs of autism but he’s only 2. they don’t pay attention very well, there was been times when i go to pick him up, and there was an stuff in his mouth and when i pack lunch for him he always comes back with everything i packed still full, what do they feed him then??? unbelievable.

This place is so hard up for money. That they proceeded to charge my card a registration fee. Knowing my son was not old enough to attend. She had my son’s pediatrician records sitting right in front of her. So was very aware he was not old enough. He was 2 months younger than he needed to be. After then charging my card calls me let’s me know the deposit is non refundable. Not a problem clearly she needed the 60 dollars way more then the single mom with 4 children. The bigger problem is. I got the paper work in the mail from Dhs. She has enrolled my son full time in her daycare. As of 9/03/23 although my son wasn’t old enough to attend. For another 2 months. Now it’s 9/18/23 I have just received the paper work In the mail it has Ben 2 weeks. My son is still currently enrolled in that daycare full time but had never attended one day. Of course after the whole charging me money for a child who couldn’t attend I had no intention of ever sending my son there. But she thought she could collect a few checks from the the state before anyone noticed. Lady is a scam artist. Daycare is run down. Upon meeting this lady she told me she had a wait list for the last year now she is struggling to find children to attend her daycare…….I wonder why?

They mean well, but teachers that are good are understaffed so minimal supervision. Out of ratio. Assistant in toddlers is always on her phone. My son has had several incidents here due to a lack of active supervision. When he was at another center he had 1 report for the entire 1 1/2 years he attended. My son has had 4/5 since march and cries out No when he sees it is time to go there.
