Car broke down in the middle of traffic. Interstate Towing brought my car to my mechanic in a jiffy. Very kind, empathic people work in this company, and they do their due diligence in effort and communication. Highly recommend them if you ever need a tow over a state line, with prompt and phenomenal service.

I was in a motor vehicle mishap in Rhode Island early in the morning. The vehicle was not drivable and needed to be towed.
The Woonsocket Police notified Interstate Towing and the vehicle was towed to their yard pending insurance notification, accident reports etc…,
Contacted Interstate to make arrangements to get needed personal belongings from the car.
Also due to me living out of state, arrangements had to be made to tow the car to a closer shop that will be doing the repairs.
From the first phone call to Interstate they couldn’t have been nicer , they were accommodating when it came to picking up my belongings and were extremely helpful regarding the whole process. As anyone knows who’s dealt with insurance, police departments etc…after a crash the stress level can be off the charts. Having a great experience with the towing and storage was one less hassle I had to deal with and I am appreciative for that.
This hasn’t been my experience with towing companies in the past so it’s refreshing to deal with people who can make a stressful situation as easy as possible. Thanks again.

My husband was in a horrific accident last week. His pickup truck hit black ice, flipped over and landed on its side. He had to be cut out of the vehicle so you can imagine what it looked like. Interstate Towing came to remove the truck from the scene.
We came here to clean out the truck when the owner, Ryan, came out and told us that there was no hurry to clean out the truck. He didn’t expect us so soon. He also insisted on taking all the stuff out of the truck. He didn’t want us to get cut on all the glass. Ryan is very personable and caring. I would recommend him and his business to anyone needing his services. Thank you, Ryan, for your empathy.

Ryan and his wife were awesome. She did an amazing job on the phone and Ryan himself (owner) came out for our vehicle that had a flat. Even after driving all the way out to us, he took one look at it and told me right away that if it was going to be towed to the local shop that it would damage the rim and would cost us more money. Instead he gave us advice on what to do and even offered to go back and get the tools to help us get the job done. AND after all that, didn’t even charge us. I even tried to offer him money and he said no need, just gave us his number and said to call if anything else happened.
I would recommend them 100% because that interaction is more of what the world needs these days!

Interstate Towing is fabulous! My wife's car had a transmission problem as she was just leaving work in Cumberland RI and she called AAA. AAA said 30 minutes to hear from the towing company for a time when they would arrive. 90 minutes later the guy called and said he was in Framingham MA and could not be there until at least another hour. So you can imagine our frustrations. We googled and found Interstate towing. It was 9:00 at night and we needed the car transported to our for dealership in Foxboro MA. We were tired and Interstate could not have been more professional, friendly and responsive. They can right away, put the car on the flatbed and transported it for a very fair price. It is great to have positive experiences like this one. When you need quick towing response, call Interstate first! - Dave
