Manger Yadira is terrible no customer service skills talks about the customers in Spanish in front of the ones she thinks don't understand it sad representation metro but then again The service is just as bad

can i give negative stars the person who suppose to be a manger sucks ... she thought i didn't know Spanish and was talking about me and refusing to help and telling other employees to say they cant help to call customer service terrible service horrid manger lucky the young guy said its his job to try and help smh
may 17 2025 i will be stopping by with my sister again to see if we can get help with having service restored bill paid but still no service this will b e the 4th time returning i will record the interaction this time and post on tiktok after for the world to see so i hope it will be a good interaction so people can see for themselves

I want to thank the store manager, Kenny, for stepping in and resolving the issue I was having. I was frustrated at first because I couldn’t get the help I needed, but Kenny made sure to reach out and make things right. Because of his effort, I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars. While I did have trouble getting assistance initially, the manager went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you sir 🙏

About two weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Yadira. Prior to going to this physical location, I called Metro's customer service to switch devices, as I had already purchased another phone. I was told that this particular device was not compatible with my plan or even with Metro, but I was eligible for an upgrade and that I should try a physical location. It seemed unfortunate, but I knew I had to address this by buying a new phone. That same day, Sunday, about an hour before closing, I entered the store and explained the situation, ready to buy a new phone. Yadira felt confident that the phone I had already purchased was, in fact, compatible with Metro's service and said she would check. Her doing this for me saved me several hundred dollars (as she confirmed I could use the device). It took her about 10 minutes for her to setup. It was a breeze! And I was able to get a case for the phone as well. What would have cost hundreds became $25 to transfer to the device, and the cost of the cellphone case. Yadira is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help and for making everything so simple!

I went in there I had a problem with my phone, the lady no questions asked fixed it , it took a little bit of time but she got the problem solved. She asked me to give her another chance I did I put a negative one-star derogative review , on a previous experience I had.and Gave one star it seem like different help .in the place and I was very pleased this time ,and I did increase it to five stars and I hope they keep it this way for all their customers.Thank you very muchGary

Was not very satisfied with MetroPCS the person that was serving me never told me about how much the price was for the month until after I was very upset about the price was higher than I thought it was
