Brought my car to Monroe auto service and tire center in Woonsocket RI to have my brakes checked they told me I needed brakes and rotors all around and also rear strut ,left front cv axle,front left caliper,front right wheel barring price 4500 hundred so I made an appointment for 5/29/25 at 8 am drop off the car the day before it was supposed to take 6hrs didn't get the car back until Thursday afternoon late.The following Sunday early Monday morning while driving on the highway the tires felt like they were gonna fall off or come through the car.took it back to Monroe early Monday morning and the mechanic said I needed a new lower arm control on the right front side another 500 hundred dollars so now I am up to 5000 thousand dollars again appointment Tuesday 8am appointment gonna take about 2 hrs. Didn't get the car back until Thursday because of miscommunication between the guy in the office and the mechanic. Drive the car out of the parking lot and it's starts making a loud noise coming from inside the car and the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree go back there maybe 20mins later the mechanic pulls it in the shop looks at it and than takes for a ride . Comes back and said he didn't hear and it must be the new parts.than sent to the Cumberland office or branch so they could read and clear the codes because he didn't have one those computers to clear the codes.went to Cumberland office and the guy get the computer to check the codes and tells me I need a right front wheel sensor which is going to cost another 339 dollars am okay so he was suppose to order it and I went back on Saturday 8am to find the part was never ordered at that point I was ready to lose it. My anxiety was in overload but the manger there said he could order it and it would be there by 10 after being I felt jerked around we made an appointment for Monday at 9 go to Cumberland office on Monday they put in the sensor and clear the codes after I had to remind them drive out of the place because the tire pressure light was on I was told I just needed to drive a little distance for it to go off did that it went off turned back around only to have all the light or codes go back on am like what hell went back to the garage had to wait for the manger to come back from. The bank told them what going on they hooked it up to the computer and now it reading tone ring/tra8solenoid code. They suggested that I bring it to the dealership and have them run a test .are you kidding now am in tears . I have to say the guys at the Cumberland office were so much better than the Woonsocket office. The manger at the Cumberland reimbursed me for the wheel sensor and the mechanic explained to me what the noise was. I also called the District Manger and spoke with him and he is working on finding what happened I can pray to God they fix the problem because I drove the car in without it making the grinding noise and now am afraid to drive down the block. Am not rich I maxed out my credit cards and borrow 3000 thousand from my daughter to get my car fixed. Darren and Dan from the Cumberland branch were very helpful Robert Lee District manger is working on a solution still waiting to hear from him. Mark,the guy that my my appointment in the Woonsocket office and the mechanic I didn't get his name not very good at all and Steve the manger at the Woonsocket office or branch said it's above his paid grade since I call the district manger to do anything . Booked a appt for 1 tire change. Got the tire delivered to the store. Everything paid for. Get there. Lift is down. They say come tomorrow. Show up. Lift is down. Nobody calls. Come Friday. Show up. Lift us down. Come Tuesday. Show up lift us down. Nobody called any of these times. Tried to book a appt with Cumberland. The lady had no idea what she was doing and hung up the phone. Called back boomed an appointment. She didn’t ask what time. Said ok tomorrow 1pm. Have a good day. Hung up. The worst place I have ever dealt with. Will never in my life go there for anything.

Poor management and communication. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment, and then when I showed up, I was told that no one available could execute the task I was scheduled for, and was asked if I wanted to reschedule.
I work 45 minutes from home and the appointment was for something simple but necessary before driving so many miles. I went from thinking my secured appointment would be completed, and therefore calling my job informing them I’d be late, to having to call out for the day at a moment’s notice. This could have been easily avoided by a simple communication with me directly, or even with the call center to contact me, and it did not happen.

They amade me come 2 different times to tell me they don't have my filter recommend go some where else and gave me refund on Groupon after going threw a horrible experience

My inspection was overdue and I missed the appointment I made at another shop. Called Monroe and spoke to Taylor who was able to get me in that day and added an oil change when I said I needed one. Professional, accommodating, respectful.

Came in for a quote on tires. Tyler the manager was working alone. Had two cars in the air and working two phone calls at once. I wouldn’t have minded coming back tomorrow but he insisted that he would at least give me a quote like I asked. And in between cashing customer out, answering phone calls, and working on numerous cars (all alone) he was able to look at my tires and give me a quote. Excellent manager. I will definitely becoming back for service

This is the most horrible place for service. Last week I showed up to get my AC checked and oil change. I get there and the ahole service advisor tells me I have to reschedule do to his macanic being out. He had 3 hours to call me and cancel but instead I lose a personal day at work. I reschedule a week later and I show up only to be told that I never made an appointment but I can stay and wait. I waited 2.5 hours for nothing. Other people had "appointments" so I finally list it and asked for my keys back. He gave them back without an apology. Since I'm not a Karen or a hood rat, I said nothing and I'll never give this place my business. I've been coming here for 8 years and this is the worst experience ever.

Was there earlier to have the last part of my inspection done after it failed because of the emergency brake not working so I had it fixed and went back to get my sticker I was helped by Edwin I think that was his name he was very kind and went out of his way to explain everything he was doing I had a very good experience
