Your cashier wasn't very nice to me when I told her I wasn't going to take a sweatshirt and two pairs of shorts. I said I'm sorry I distressed you so.....I usually shop at the Cranston Job Lot there cashiers are always pleasant. I spent about 75 dollars she was so put out....

I went in to grab a few things when this woman whose name is Shirley was following me around as if I had committed a crime. It’s common for women of my skin tone but it was blatant and discriminatory. She made snarky remarks around the corners when she thought I wasn’t listening. I have never been treated like this inside job lot until now. Disgusting behavior.

This was the worst experience that I ever had at an ocean state job lot, the staff seemed like they did not want to help me when I was looking for table cloths. If I didn't want to drive to another one they would have not received the 247.00 dallers of business that they got from me. On top of that the staff seemed like they had an attitude when I asked them if they could bring out the two folding tables and four folding chairs to my car. Come on guys you can do better than that.

Great place for getting things we use at home . Their ads help us decide what we need to shop for at the store. The store lives up to you its name.

every time I am at the cash register, cashiers ask for phone number, personal info, and if I want to register to save money. Every time I ask them to check how much I would have saved, and never a penny comes up... but they keep asking... very aggressive marketing even when I show them that there is no saving.

Great place for cheaper items. They seem to have it all. Need grass seed, a rug, and some cheap snacks? Job Lot is your place.

This & other Job Lots often stop getting certain items shipped to their stores from the warehouse, in spite of customers asking for things, (Esp. Food Items). I don't think they bother relaying any information to them on our behalf, bc they don't feel like it matters. (Falls on Deaf Ears). I thought it was just during Covid, but it is way past the Pandemic now, so it must be more than that. Maybe they just can't get any. But they still have other items I will shop there for. However, I did ask for a number where I could request some items if they do have them in stock or can get them. It's either the Main Office or their Warehouse in RI. All I can do is try.
