Today I witnessed a staff member harass 2 women for simply using the black card utilities. I am not sure what her problem was but she seemed extremely angry and was not calm or collected at that very moment. That same women was extremely rude to me when I entered aswell. I do not know her name but she looked atleast 8 months pregnant. Absolutely unacceptable!!! 1 STAR!!!

Really enjoy Woonsocket’s location, North Smithfield near Walmart, and North Attleborough. Always professional, considerate kind. Clean. Great staff and management team. The only location I would advise to avoid would be the lincoln location. The manager earl there needs more leadership training and better communication skills.
You know when you spend hard earned money on a membership you expect to feel welcomed and invited and have a positive environment an so I thank woonsocket, n.s , an north attelborough for that, even Cumberland. Somebody please give that guy earl some pointers on how to treat fellow man.

Highest recommendations. Excellent jam with friendly staff members. Clean and sanitized. Plenty of new up-to-date equipment. Excellent massage chairs. Aqua bed. Big parking lot

Usually, I have no issues other than the occasional worker not standing in the front if I need help when I walk in but, very annoying when new workers remind me what time the gym closes. No need for it, have been coming here for years. I think it’s rude.
UPDATED 6-26-24: THE SAME EXACT WORKER AFTER I DID ASK HIM TO NOT FLASH ME THE 5 MINUTE WARNING DID IT AGAIN THIS EVENING. Since he seems to be a young male, it appears that he thinks he is getting under my skin on purpose as a joke since we have discussed this one-on-one several days prior. This is immature and this young man purposefully is attempting to upset me. His name is DJ. If a manager or supervisor can step in now, that would be great. Thank you.

Normally, I would give 5 stars. Love the equipment and general atmosphere. But, ran into a host who was a lunk head, which was disappointing. I don't go to be talked down to. I have never seen this person before and hope not to again. Will avoid Sundays at the Woonsocket location like the plague. Other than that bad experience, I love PF.

If you ever herd that saying you get what you pay for, it applies to this establishment. People that come here have no hygiene. About 80 percent of people do not wash there hands after using the bathroom I've observed this before I leave, this lack of hygiene makes me not want to touch the weights or machines. The bathroom floors are sticky and the people that come in are complete trash. I'll be minding my own business on the treadmill watching something I'll look up for a second and you have a bunch of muscle dummies and wanna be fit people just staring at you ! I swear more than half the people that come in down even exercise they just want to get out of the house and watch people it's pretty pathetic. This establishment advertises as a "judgement free zone" it is anything but that. Don't take my word for it go get yourself a membership and see for yourself.

Great local gym, never too over crowded like some gyms can be at certain times. Super clean & always friendly. Location is great also with lots of other stuff nearby and bus stops right in front of gym if you don't happen to have a vehicle. This PF is fairly spacious compared to others I've been to as well. Locker rooms in particular were noticeably larger than any other PF I've been to, allowing a space to stretch in locker if feeling uneasy.

Very good gym to get your fill of exercise.Management takes good care of the place and employees are well versed regarding the equipment and keeping the place clean.Only one disappointing fact is that patrons tend to use their phones to place and receive calls which is very irritating. There are signs hung around the gym, but apparently I didn't realize that there are so many people that can't read.Management does suggest using the lobby for calls.
