I can’t tell you guys how much this car dealership really helped me after I got turned away from literally almost every other dealership. They were the ones to help get me in a vehicle same day and drive home same day. I thought it wasn’t possible, but Shannon motors made it happen… if you’re looking to purchase or finance a vehicle, don’t walk run and ask for Brad. He was great.

These people are horrible and unprofessional! Not only did mr.reynolds make an extremely rude comment to my husband regarding his credit score but he was also swearing at him threatening to take our car. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Please think twice before thinking about going here and getting a car.

Just here to say the Woonsocket location is absolutely amazing !! Ray & Chelsea were both so pleasant and helpful with a lot of patience! I came in with a tight budget and not the best credit, but Brad took the time to really listen to my situation and worked hard to get me approved for a car that I actually love and feel good about driving.
He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. Even when things got a little stressful for me, he stayed calm and reassured me the whole way through. Beware before leasing a car here. Eddie was professional at first. After Eddie said I was approved and took my deposit of $2,000 they sat me down and had me sign paperwork. The woman I spoke to told me the 2012 Toyota Camry would be $17,000 with interest 23,000. Eddie did not explain this to me before taking my payment. Next morning(18 hours after purchase.) I called spoke to Jerry (1/2 owner of company) to see what arrangements I would be able to do because I went through the paperwork and I was no longer interested in the vehicle. Jerry laughed and said I signed the paperwork I drove off with the vehicle so I was stuck with the car. I told him I would bring the car and I was told they would put it in as a repossession on my credit and I would not get my $2,000 deposit returned. I got out of work and both airbag lights turned on. I will be doing everything legally because car should have never passed inspection. They just want to keep you stuck with the car and stuck on your payments to repossess your vehicle. You pay more towards interest, fees, and taxes. They make sure you stay stuck in the lease. You can communicate with them and they harass you and call you every day for one missed payment. ($133) Then you get annoyed and they play victim.
