I really like the service offered but unfortunately the older lady who works there is very rude, haughty and has a very unpleasant attitude. Another thing is that you call to order and they don't explain that you have to pick up the number anyway and wait, the same thing as if you were to order right there, there is no point in ordering over the phone, it would be very good to fix those inconveniences and especially for that lady who unfortunately leaves a bad taste for her consumers.

I just want to say that every experience I have ever had here has been nothing short of Perfect!!.Today I was there and this Absolutely appallingly rude shall we say "Karen" customer came in..barged in front of me trying to pay!!..To complain about her meat pie she had gotten for the holidays..the very nice lady who works there explained to the customer that she makes the pies and apologized to the customer ?..Well that wasn't enough for "Karen"..who continued to complain and complain to the point where I really really really wanted to say a few choice words for "Karen "..who drives a black four door jeep wranger and wears 10 pounds of makeup to try to hide the obvious fact that you are in your mid fifties and trying to look like you're in your 20's..Then "Karen" stayed and shopped while this employee had to excuse herself because she was so upset!!!..Next time just stay home with your 8 cats Karen and let people be ..You are a worthless waste of space!!..I truly hope you see this review and adopt another cat....To the nice lady who always helps me with my order..You keep being you!!!..Karma will find Karen!!!..I promise!!

Had my Turducken made there by them reasonable price as fresh as it gets I recommend this to anyone wanting to try it I got the traditional style but they make smaller portions too would have have 5 stars but when I came to pick up my order there was no line and the person at register made me grab a number
