The hot water at this Tractor Supply dog wash has been broken for so long it’s basically a historical landmark now. They still offer the dog wash like it’s normal, except it’s just an unexpected ice bath for your pet. My dog now trusts me less as a person.

I was overcharged by around double for a 20lb grill propane tank refill on 11/1/2025…they charged $31.42 today vs $15.36 4 days ago, both were run dry full refills…it’s simply impossible to fit anywhere close to $31 of propane into a grill size tank at current cost…I realize it may be a hair different, but no way double…BRANDON demanded a receipt, but I wasn’t given a receipt…brandon also took it personally when I said ‘you’ overcharged me, which comically resulted in me explaining, not literally you, brandon, but the name on your vest ‘TSC’…ANYWAY, brandon’s poor customer service skills devolved into asking me to leave the store…so at this point, I was basically stolen money from…eventually I contacted the credit card, then called the manager on 11/3, who actually told me I was NOT overcharged and brandon NEVER asked me to leave!…he sounded annoyed, angry and erratic to me, switching between I should go to the store, to ‘you don’t need me’, STRANGE!…I contacted corporate, went over the exact $ amount and card # used…received a call back not 10 minutes later that the full charge is being refunded!…it was in fact A DOUBLE CHARGE…there was no need or cause whatsoever for BRANDON and the store manager to treat a customer this way over such a simple and totally valid complaint!…I will never be back to this store as these two employees seem too prone to hostility to purposely interact with!

I would love to give a shout out to Dave. This morning we took our dog to the store right as they opened for some training. My dog is reactive and we are really working on training with her. Dave went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and really helped with her exposure plus gave us some great tips! The morning went great!

They never answer their phones, the customer service is non existent and they aren’t even aware of the products they carry. I called to confirm they had large breed puppy dog food in stock and after explaining to the girl 3 times what I needed she was still confused so I walked into the store myself to find the shelf stocked with what I needed. The one thing they have going is it’s closer than all the pet stores.

This place has good employees,but TERRIBLE logistics practices!! Tried to buy a temperature gun,they said they carry the item! Pure BS! Don’t have a clue!!

Great place for getting chicken feed and bedding. Good prices on feed, etc.
Friendly staff willing to help you find what you are looking for.
I just wish it wasn't like a sales seminar at checkout trying to get you to apply for their credit card...

Very nice staff, Derek (a clerk) walked me through everything I needed & never once complained. Simply said "no problem" & guided me to exactly what I needed. I'd recommend this location if in search of products they have in stock.
