Pizza was so over cooked u couldn't even pull it apart it was greasy and i know pizza is greasy but the dough soaked up so much grease it was like wet dog food and there were parts that were paper thin and translucent from how uneven the dough was I also ordered a tres leche and it was frozen solid when it got to me and everybody who’s had a tres leche would know there’s always liquid in there and there wasn’t it was a block. For the price they charge not worth it. How do you expect to gain business when your putting food out like this

Worst customer services ever, they always in a hurry they don’t bring what you order plus they don’t want to pay back your money when they are the ones who make the mistakes.

Normally have an awesome experience here but today I got 2 steak and cheese subs that were 0vercooked and none of the stake was shaved so it was just not edible. Ordered 3 milkshakes and had to wait almost an hour to drink them because they were so thick it wouldn't go through a straw.

I effin love this place the pizza is on point and chicken and mozzarella sticks are to die for it's such good food great quality and the guys that work there are wicked nice my family and friends also love this place every time I get pizza here it's always the chicken, bacon, ranch with BBQ sauce instead of the red sauce and it's slammin price is an average price for a family owned pizza joint I prefer to support small businesses anyway but Palace makes it very easy for me to want to come back anytime I want pizza

This place is amazing! I been visiting them since I moved out here to Woonsocket about seven years ago and I’m always satisfied with the food and the service. It reminds me of home and they over 75+ flavor of milkshake !!! I have I my drank 37 of it

Ordered a large pizza and bbq wings. Wings were extremly good. The pizza was extremly oily like puddle on top of the pizza. The slices were also very uneven

Pizza is amazing. But the wings are unbelievably salty. I couldn't believe it. I sent them back but still got very salty wings. I couldn't eat any of them.
