The worst CVS in the state. Pharmacy never fills things on time, it takes hours to get a returned call and they close ridiculously early. Every time I have been here, it’s been a bad experience and I really wish they either properly staff it considering the Walgreens closure or stop taking new patients. Absolutely ridiculous.

There was a wonderful blonde man there who helped me find my ancient medallion. I almost lost it after my elderfather bestowed it upon me in our enlightenment ritual. He used his chronomancy to rewind time and find it for me. I grant you all of our blessings, oh Wheat Hair.

This review is for Jill from the Pharmacy. I spent 30 minutes on hold after speaking with you, waiting for a response to a simple question about my prescription — a question that could have been answered over the phone. I eventually had to drive to the pharmacy, where your colleagues provided the information promptly and demonstrated a better understanding of the department’s responsibilities and customer service.

CVS advertises Extra care $10 off total purchase. They also Advertise and provide 25% off of full price items with a coupon. They apply the $10 before they take off the 25%, thus depriving the customer of the full use of the $10 off he/she has paid for. This is just not fair.

If I didn't have to go here I wouldnt, every month its an issue. Every month they're auto system doesn't work and their efforts at “calling back” isn't happening they don't its just to get us off the phone. I just need to understand why do your employees in the pharmacy the pharmacy techs not even the actual doctors that have a right to be cocky but a bunch of pharm tech legit act like they are saving lives and doing me a favor to fill things I pay for not only that but everyone else on my taxes so drop the attitude its disgusting

I love cvs they have everything there from good to makeup, baby food to pet food, gift cards to food, kids toys, stationary and medication. U need it 90% chance they have it.
At my CVS i love the pharmacy they get to know you by name and face here, super friendly, they do whatever they can to help. I got to cvs about 17 minutes after the pharmacy had closed. My medical was messed up that day so i was gonna have to pay outta pocket for my meds, But because the pharmacist knew who i was and that I'm a regular there he gave me 2 days worth of my meds just to get through till i fixed my health insurance. He didn't charge me at all!!

They even hang up on you after extended waits on hold.This establishment has completely gone downhill since Angelo Morgantini left.Oh and for prescriptions to be filled just know that they will not make it at all convenient!!!They should name this CVS INCONVENIENCE STORES!!!The worst pharmacy by far!Happy to transfer over to Walgreens at Electric Boat in Groton Connecticut with this new job!Never returning to this place once I am officially hired in Groton Connecticut!!!
