Absolutely terrible, my husband and I called about a problem with our headlights noted by other gm dealerships and gm itself. The brand new car had a thousand kilometers on it, the light sensor on auto has the lights flashing on and off. The service person could have cared less, they told us no part available for the fix. They didn't call back, email back or start a standard gm warranty file when the part becomes available. Because we had not bought the car there and were new residents in sask made no difference, the attitude was your not from here, too bad. The dealership we bought the car informed us that the warranty doesn't matter where you are or where you came from, it costs the dealership nothing to do the warranty work, infact it's there obligation. We have a brand new car with lights that don't work and no where to go. Welcome to the community.

Great service. Bought number of vehicles. This cold weather came within minutes with a battery pack to get us going. We never looked anywhere else when buying last four vehicles

Had a good experience once, but my last was not good. Tried calling 6 or so times, when I finally got through the first time, someone with poor English said they'd transfer me, & then hung up. 2nd time, finally got through to someone after a bunch I couldn't understand, & then it was breaking up like crazy, & couldn't understand him. Finally just gave up & drove the extra 50 to the next city

I asked for the interior of my two seater van to be steam cleaned for odors removed and I was told that I would have to get the full package as they didn't offer just steam cleaning. So I paid $260 for steam cleaning and I still had to finish cleaning the dial area and steering column and the wheel is really slippery from what they put on it. I would have given 5 stars for just the steam cleaning as that was well done and actually what I asked for.
