They don't open at 6am, the staff have no sense of punctuality. The interior of the store smells rancid.
Customer service is non-existent.
They price gouge, the food in the fridge displays and freezers are expired. Eat at your own risk.
The pumps leak gas.
I am mind-blown that this place is still running.

Went to get gas today (01/18) and the pumps are leaking where the hose connects to the nozzle. Started leaking before I started pumping so LUCKILY didn’t lose any $$ or dump gas all over the ground. When I brought it up to the clerk he just said it 'does that in winter' and there's nothing he can do. Didn't seem concerned at all and didn't even ask HOW MUCH spilled. Didn't care even when I mentioned it's a HAZARD to have gas LEAKING ON THE GROUND. Asked why they didn't block off the pumps and the clerk said all the pumps are doing this so they can't.I got gas at another station in Regina earlier this week and it didn't leak at all. 'It's winter' isn't an excuse when other gas stations don't have this issue.

?I don’t recommend stoping here at all.Proce gouging at the pumps. Gas was 8 cents more then the other gas locations in the area.Bathrooms we’re DISGUSTING! They smell like urine and are not kept clean at all. ZERO stars!Clean up the place will you!

Almost threw up when I walked in because it smelled so rancid. The store clerk berped and farted while I he was ringing in my purchase. Very unprofessional and will not be back. Also why are they always playing on the phone. Clean up your act shell.

This place stinnnnks. I can’t pick the smell exactly but it will hang in your nose fifteen minutes after you leave!!! Just a thick pungent aroma!!!

I showed up and there was a “be back in five” sign on the window so I patiently waited until the attendant unlocked the door so I could go in. After going in, I went and sat in my car and noticed a couple trying to enter the store but the attendant had already locked the door again and hadn’t removed the “be back in 5” sign. The store didn’t close for another hour so really no reason to be locking the door in between customers with the sign that had been there for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Doesn’t seem like he’s interested in doing his job.

I was stuck in the snow outside the Gas station. Went inside to ask if I could use their phone, and was rudely told by the employee that they had no phone. He himself had no personal phone and he couldnt help me. I went next door to the bar where thank God an employee helped me get a tow truck. Went back to find the gas station employee "Kush" sitting and looking at his phone. He could not have cared less about me or my situation.Is this how Shell treats customers?

Before touching the trigger fuel is coming out of the nozzle. Extremely unsafe. Pumps extremely slow then stops pumping gas but the dollor amount goes up slowly. Scam don't pump here. I'm out 20$ because of this poorly maintained gas station. Tried two different pumps for 91 octane. Employee was 10 mins late opening the station as well.

Had a great experience with staff while grabbing my coffee on the way. Always love to make a stop over while in that area. Highly recommend this place.
