Although FCA ended up making plans for me with another provider, Stefan kept in contact with me for just about 6 hours while I waited for roadside assistance. He was diligent in getting information I needed and very pleasant throughout all of our interactions. Kolla Collision definitely exceeded the standard.

A great place for car repairs. Olivia is professional, knowledgeable,courteous and helpful. The guys are friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to help me out and get my repairs done. The dogs are really nice.I just got my car back after repairs from a collision with a deer back in October. The shop did a great job and my car looks brand new. Olivia was amazing to deal with and always pleasant and friendly on the phone and in person. The courtesy car provided was very much appreciated.
