Always something new to try! Highly recommend the homemade soup and bread. The gluten free lemon ricotta cake is one of my favorites, as well as anything pumpkin. Also, it is a nice place to stop by and browse the huge variety of arts n crafts type items for sale, or just have a visit in this welcoming atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, for example. Live clean real food.

The Blue Dog is a fun and vibrant community hub boasting an intricate collaboration of local artists, artisan baking and daily lunch specials. Beautiful pottery pieces line the walls, hooked rug tapestries, breathtaking paintings and delicious mochas, lattes and Italian sodas.

Wonderful lady whom runs the spot. Excellent beverages (barista style) and home made "goodies". Cinnamon roll was fantastic as well as the glueten free pumpkin coffee cake. Lots of local pottery to check out as well as cards and artwork. Great spot to drop into and check out when in Eastend.

Lovely little cafe to stop for a drink and some homemade food. Mel is great conversation and you’ll never know where it might take you. I was pointed in the direction of Chimney Coulee to chat with some archaeologists! the food was great and so were the drinks, also the pastries were spot on. The house has a lovely warm atmosphere and a lovely garden too. Great place to stop and relax

A fantastic little coffee & bake shop in an old house with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. The rhubarb & mint scone was just excellent.

An excellent coffee shop hidden away in small town Sask. You have to try the soup as the homemade mushroom soup that she had on offer the day we stopped by was superb. She has a nice array of pottery and out artwork that she and other local artists produced.

I stopped in Eastend to see the T Rex museum and was told about The Blue Dog. Great neighbor coffee shop in a residential part of town. The owner was very friendly, made a delicious almond milk latte and had a scrumptious rhubarb ginger scone. Lots of local pottery, preserves, coffee beans for sale. I could have stayed several hours as the relaxing vibe was so inviting. Highly recommend!
