Bill and his staff are very pleasant and very friendly. But most importantly quite respectful and make you feel at ease. I had to take my vehicle in for some bodywork repairs. For my first ever experience with an autobody shop it was great. My vehicle is good as new. I would highly recommend this shop and hopefully I will not need their services again, but if I do, well you know. Finally, I can't thank them enough.Service: Body & Trim

Everywhere else had a 6 week wait time to even get my vehicle in to start repairs. Carstar got it in and complete in under 2 weeks and tidied the inside up! Amazing service. Any future work, this will be where I go.

I’ve had my first experience having to get my truck fixed by Bill,Carmen,Joe and anyone else I might not know of. Excellent service from the first day I went looking for help. The secretary(can’t remember her name) told me how to go online and do my claim. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the entire staff and their work is top notch! They don’t let anything leave there until it meets their standards of perfection. I highly recommend Carstar for all your Sgi accredited needs or even your own auto body needs! The rest of my family have used Bill and the crew so I didn’t hesitate on relying on them when it came my time to need their services! They will be my choice the next time if I ever need work done again. Thanks Carstar!
