The absolute worst time I’ve had with a dealership. I was trying to buy a car while not being from Estevan, so I was messaging through text. I was continually left on read for 6-8 hours at a time. I understand you can get pretty busy throughout the day but I was sending the texts at 8am, she would read it, and I wouldn’t get an answer until around 3pm for whatever reason. It’s not hard to write a courtesy text explaining that you’ll get back to me at a later time. Looking past that I was very open to them about other cars I was looking at , and explained to them the rates I was approved at for each term. She then backhandedly inferred I was lying to her and said those rates weren’t obtainable, trying to get me in at a 10% interest loan? I do understand used car loans are typically higher rates, but the vehicles I was previously approved for were older than the one I was inquiring about and had more mileage on them as well. When I began to negotiate on pricing of the vehicle she then tried to use the line “have you checked autotraders evaluation of our pricing?” Which I felt was also an interesting tactic, as for one, autotrader is not always an accurate representation of a vehicles true value. Two, they previously had the car listed OVER the highest value autotrader gave out by quite a bit. Now two months later the car is still there and the price dropped down quite a bit from their completely overpriced original listing. I do get that a car dealership is a business and they require profit to stay open and get paid, but the way they are attempting to capture said profit, along with their customer service, or lack thereof, shines a horrible light on other dealerships that actually do put in a good amount of effort to leave their customers, and potential customers leaving their dealership satisfied. Please be careful if you do plan to buy a used vehicle from them and do your research on the rates you actually qualify for along with the vehicles true value!

WOW! Neil our salesperson went above and beyond for us in our purchase of our new vehicle. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were very comfortable with what we were getting and so much more. Lorne in finance was incredible as well and made sure we were getting the best options for our needs. Thank you Neil and Lorne, You made it worth the 6 hour round trip. We'll definitely be coming back.

Excellent customer service...I always bring my vehicle here for servicing. The free car wash is a nice bonus! Also, because i had to work..i dropped my vehicle off and they brought it back to me at work!

Quite frankly won’t be returning to this dealer for anything related to my vehicle. Anytime I come in for issues their service advisors are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. Truck was having emissions issues and I was out of town. After driving 500 kms I made it in and they claimed there were no codes and nothing they could do for me. “Advisors” tried assuming he knew what the issues was based on the fact that my truck was dirty after having driven through snow and slop all day. I’ll make the drive to Weyburn from now on.

Thank you so much to Dave and Larry who took the time to help my son and I while we were visiting town. Had a run in with a concrete parking block and I popped in at the end of their workday for help. They took the time to listen to my concerns, check out the new noises my car was making and made sure there was no serious damage and I’d get home safely. I have gotten alot of positive feedback from locals when it comes to Murray GM. It seems their knowledge and follow-up with care to your vehicle well after the purchase is made was unparalleled in Estevan (which is very important to all of us).My vehicle purchase was no different. David Mack, Ashley Lattery and Philip Holzer were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable to work with, and gave special attention to what suited my best interests. The driver they had pick me up intentionally ran over a gopher, and nearly ran over a cat. Did not even Try to slow down.After this encounter he called the cops on me for a slight cannabis smell.Will not be doing buisness here again.the repairs they did on my vehicle were good, and the other employees i interacted with were more or less kind- but why would i EVER want to have service done here again with someone like That driving around in one of their company vehicles.I had expected a quick pickup, to square up, then to take my vehicle home.Instead, i get this Insane story.Absurd.
