Earlier this month, I unfortunately “un-alived” a large raccoon with my Explorer…I needed to get back to Alberta and wasn’t sure what all the damages were (wasn’t sure we would make it back). The Senchuk team took such great care of us. They were helpful from the first phone call, very helpful and pleasant when we came in and although we made the trip back without A/C and cruise control, we made it back safely. Thank you to the team for your assurance, kindness and empathy.

Great dealer. I've delt with sales, service (personal and fleet) and autobody. Relaxed no pressure sales. When we've had vehicle issues the service manager took care of things no questions asked. The body shop one of my favorite in town, only proper repairs leaving that place.

Asked for information on upgrading over 6weeks and waiting. Both times I've had it in for servicing came back with 1) a wiper blade that blew off the first time I turned the wiper on (I guess at least they must have checked the wiper 2) most recent something hanging from underneath and they simply pulled it of - said it wasn't necessary - Really, if it's not necessary why would it be there in the first place. Finally, in all the years I've had vehicles services they have always came back vacuumed and cleaned. When I asked about this after the first servicing they said they don't have time for that. Surprisingly, when I had insurance work done it came back both vacuumed and cleaned. I'm pretty sure my next vehicle will NOT be a Ford.
