We needed a new oven, after our old one stopped working suddenly. Eldon was very helpful and knowledgeable. We needed one that same day, and he was aware of what they had in the warehouse and explained, in detail, all the bells and whistles on the oven we were considering. He also took the time to fully explain how the 5 year warranty worked. We are very happy with our purchase. Amazing experience. Eldin (?) did a great job at helping us find everything we needed. I just moved her, so I needed a lot... 2 beds, dresser, tv, kitchen table...and he was very knowledgeable and reasonable.
