“In July of 2024 early in the evening I couldn't find the Gull Lake campground - construction seemed to have removed the direction signs to it - I stopped here and got directions and a friendly chat. I also got a promise that they'd be open the next morning at 8:00 for breakfast. They were and sure enough I got a couple of eggs, toast and fresh coffee - made just for me. A bonus was a nice conversation with the cook and owner. Yep, one good turn deserves another.”
