Dreadful. I had to deposit a cheque in a foreign currency, which Scotiabank can absolutely do (with up to a 30-day hold), and they couldn't figure out how to do it; kept me standing around 25-mins and then told me to wait for another staff member who never turned up. Terrible service

Very dissapointed, I had a very bad experience with my mortgage application from them. I was like going back and forth to the bank with so many problems with my papers. Hoping that financial advisors will get enough trainings on how to handle customers and explain things.

Don’t try and email with the workers, they don’t answer you. Don’t ask them to call back no matter how many times you ask they won’t answer.
