Had a vehicle booked in for over a week, gave Service department a heads up of what was needed so parts would be in on time. Vehicle was there for 3 full working days, and the issue was not repaired. Was told it should be fine...Not the case. Ended up failing and costing $10K in repairs and a long distance tow. Tried contacting through several emails and calls to the dealership, with no real response for 3 weeks, only to hear they cannot support with the issue. Had my factory windshield replaced in record time! Morgan in service did a great job of showcasing options and was able to fit me in with my busy schedule in no time. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When my vehicle was completed it was washed (a nice touch) and parked up front ready to go. Big thanks to Stan and Morgan, I'll be back.

Bought a brand new trailer last year after many years of buying used with the thought I wouldn’t have any issues. Not quite the scenario… Had issues right off the bat last year with water from city water connection somehow ending up filling my holding tank and then leaking out the back end. I know very well how to hook up a trailer but chalked it up to site difficulties. Again this year same situation. This time the trailer was angled differently and the tank leaked water all through the trailer and saturated the wiring under the bunk. Trailer was taken to dealer next day. Originally I was doubted as to my explanation and told they could not replicate the scenario even after me explaining it numerous times. Eventually I was informed there was manufacturing defect in the plastic weld at the top of tank and a new one would be ordered. This did not explain city water connection issue. Again told it could not be replicated. 2 wks later told the tank was on order but had not yet crossed border from Indiana and that now a new city water system has been ordered but were not sure when it would arrive. I asked about damage caused by the flooding which they said they weren’t aware of any. Are you kidding me? Apparently also common practice to install wiring under a water source. I asked numerous times if this meant I would not be able to camp again this year. Trailer only has maybe 2 wks usage all together. I was finally told last week I could use it if I returned when done but could not use the water. What?! I bought a new trailer so I could use water. Was also informed at that time it would be a ‘winter project’. So basically im paying for something I cannot use until at least next year. I called last week and asked them to buy it back from me. I was told Jason the manager would get back to me as soon as possible. Crickets is all I’ve heard. I would highly suggest to take your business elsewhere and save yourself some headache and a WHOLE LOT OF MONEY for something you cannot use. It’s like an old iron maiden song…run to the hills….!

We needed some minor repair items for our RV. They had everything in stock except replacement propane tank lines. Very nice selection. They had a camper trailer inside to look at while there. Nice full lot for new and used. Will be our go to with Chegus RV in Watson is closing its doors July 31st due to inability to find and hire repair service staff!

Tried to buy a car, got it, and it didn't even pass the safety inspection, for a few things. Didn't even apologize or ask how can we fix the situation, didn't even ask what was wrong with it. They obviously knew anyways.*** Also tried to scam me with a "mandatory" $2,700 powertrain warranty, I fought them on it.. then, oh look...not mandatory after all!! ***Zero customer service and even lied about what they said they fixed, they didn't! This was the response even from Jason the owner. Doesn't care that his business is shady and liars. Stay far away is my recommendation. A high school kid could do the sales contract better. I kept sending it back for errors, many many errors!

Raelene was absolutely excellent to deal with! Came from out of town and did it all online and everything was so smooth, excellent customer service and so friendly. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase of a 2020 Ram Rebel! 10/10 recommend going and see her at South 20 Dodge!

We bought our vehicle from Raelene! She was great to deal with. Delivered it over 4 hours to us the next day, with a full tank of gas! Great experience all around, would highly recommend Raelene and South 20 Dodge!

After dealing with a few other out of town dealers, Jason and his crew gave me a great price on our new RAM. There was no hassle or back and forth with prices, it was a great price right off the start. The new atmosphere in the dealer is what Humboldt needed.. after buying a few new vehicles in the past and one from out of town, it was nice to get a good buying experience in your hometown! If you are in the market for a new ride, buy your next vehicle local!

Pretty good swap. Bought a brand new jeep gladiator from them and traded my hyundai veloster. Quick and easy and Braden and Jody were really great to work with. Thanks for the jeep! Can't wait to climb a mountain with this bad boy.

I called and said I liked a vehicle and will be coming in the afternoon to see it and buy it. I was suppose to be travelling from Saskatoon. I called twice to let them know I am coming no answer than that called me Car is sold.What an unprofessional way of dealing with the customer

The guys here were really fair with what they offered me on my trade in which was pleasing as I half expected to be ripped off. Secondly, I had an issue with the vehicle and the response from the management there to have it resolved was very good even though I didn't end up needing it after all.

Man i tell ya nothing but GREAT things to say. Me and my family bought a used camper from them this fall. And right away had problems with it. Allen (GM), Harvey (Sales), Raelene (Sales) and of course Stanley (Service Manager) rectified the problem and worked together to make things right for us. They went above and beyond for us, And we will continue to use them for the years to come. Something to say about "small town" dealerships.
