“Bought vehicle at Ford, they fixed so called same tire had hissing , here was part of an Allan wrench poked through the so called fixed patch. Not only that kal tire helped me, got there 5 minutes befire 5pm Friday before long weekend. Ford refused to help, had to leave vehicle there not fix tire till Tuesday and no vehicle to get home. Hubby gone at work , kids not close to help hate to bug neighbors. Kal tire excellant service and so polite! Tires came with new vehicles hubby once said not good tvery tires. Best at kal tire. We've gotten all our tires there, manager resubmitted bill. Didn't charge due to same. Now if that isn't good service and especially nowadays I don't know what is! Thanks to the team at kal tire in Humboldt sask. Very appreciated!!!!”

Had a tire losing air and went to the competitor first where i didn’t feel welcome and they couldn’t do or really wanted to help me or even supply me with a replacement tire…..so I called Quality Tire to see if they could help me and right from the first phone call they were so helpful
I went there expecting to get a new tire and when I got there Jason took a look at the old tire and told me he thought he could save it

He went to work at it right away and was able to fix it so I wouldn’t need a new tire at all!!

I am speechless and amazed at their service -they went above and beyond and made me feel welcome and valued. Quality Tire should be so proud of their staff
