“Absolutely amazing service, deserves a 10+ star if it was possible. Went well above and beyond. We are traveling across Canada and got stranded here when our truck and travel trailer was involved in an accident. Jerry helped us with any random questions we had even when they had nothing to do with our tow needs, answered his phone non stop for us, moved things around in his own schedule to accommodate our back and forth to the trailer to try and salvage anything we could as well as being super flexible with delays in coming and going as we're all over the place right now figuring things out. He listened to us, never ever rushed us off the phone, offered advise and options. Outstanding human, incredible service and can't praise him enough for the service we've received. We need to continue on east due to time restraints we have and feel fully comfortable leaving our truck and trailer here in Jerry's hands while our insurance in BC figures things out.”
