“I can’t recommend Shadreen Bakanec enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and gave me thoughtful advice that was truly helpful. What stood out most was how far she went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who cares as much as she does and treats you like more than just another client. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. Shadreen is an incredible asset to the bank, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service.”
