I’ve consistently had positive experiences with the staff here—they are always courteous and helpful.
There’s no bike rack, so I roll my bike into the store and place it to the side without any issues. It’s worth noting that food items can sit if purchased during a slow day, so timing your purchase is important.
When using Skip The Dishes with this location, I’ve always had smooth experiences. If an item was missing from my order, they would call to resolve it promptly.

Today i ordered a big bag of chips and and large slurpee off of skip. when the courier dropped off WHAT I BOUGHT i got a small bag of Doritos and and small pop.

I've never in my life walked out of a store because of how disgusting it was. Big gulp machine was sticky and had black stuff growing on it. Literally horrifying

This morning, at around 8:20AM on November 15, 2024, I visited the store and was greeted with an extremely disappointing experience. Upon entering, I said “Good morning” to the storekeeper, Crystal, but she was dismissive and displayed no courtesy or customer service.
When I asked her about her behavior, she completely ignored me, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no acknowledgment or effort to engage as a customer, and her attitude was outright rude.
It’s clear that Crystal lacks the proper training on how to interact with customers. Based on this experience, I would never return to this store and recommend that Crystal undergo customer service training to prevent similar experiences for others.

After a long day at work, went to get some wings and chicken strips. I get home and the guy gave me the smallest strips they're basically nuggets. What a waste of time.

This is the worst place to go when you just moved down here. I went to buy smokes and was denied service because of not having the ID for down here. This is the first place I’ve been too that has denied me of my purchase in all the places I’ve been too down here. It has all the proper information regarding my age and picture stating that it is me. I will never go back to this location again.

Absolutely the worst hot food ever. And this is at all 711 locations. Don't waste you're money. It's always old and dried up, I don't even know how there allowed to sell that old stuff. Don't buy.

The staff is always making sure that their customers are happy while in the store and still smiling when they leave.they lose a star cuz their isles ain't wide enough for people to get past each other in the isle.

We ordered SKIP from this location we are sick and wanted some snacks to watch a movie they got EVERYTHING wrong. We ordered caramel magnum bars but received dark chocolate truffle.. we ordered barqs rootbeer but received barqs cherry bite.. we ordered beef jerky and recieved pork jerky.. terrible service.

Service has gone down hill. Hot food quality has deteriorated tremendously. Staff are not trained properly in safe food handling. They go from handling cash to grabbing food with out washing up or gloving up. The best part is the sealed bags of chips and pop because they have not been contaminated by their untrained hands. The store is dirty and greasy from the fryers. Parking lot is dark and not lit well. A word of caution to anyone especially those who are Vulnerable.

The staff is friendly. But the food isn't always fresh. I had corndogs that where crunchy, and hot dog buns that where stale. The biggest reason why, it is a two star review, is you only ever have paper straws for Slurpees. Paper straws are the worst. They freeze up instead. Fall to mush. And have a terrible texture to them. It's sad, when the other 7-11 stores have the right straws. Never have this problem at other locations.
