Constantly goes out for extended periods of time (its been out for 2 days as of now and has happened countless times) and disconnects frequently when watching or playing something.

During the cold snap in our area Bellevista was so amazing they kept updated with outages and even applied a credit to our account due to faulty equipment. Wonderful customer service! Keep up the Great work!
