“Well, I know good things take time which is why I'm not complaining about it being maybe 2 weeks since I dropped off my laptop to get fixed. I call every 4 or 5 days to check and they let me know they are still working on it.I am just so grateful that this service is available locally. One the other hand, my 2nd laptop was done within a week. That one just needed a screen.The other one is a gaming laptop and it (sadly) died while it was updating. My son swore he thought it was plugged in and I believe him because he's been around electronics all his life. So hopefully they can fix it. It was a custom build.They also sold me a charger for one of the laptops. And while I was there I picked up a screen protector and case for my cell. They have everything there that you need for cell or computer or tablet/ipad.”
