Had to wait in line for almost 30 min while a representative helped a customer with a silly problem that the representative should have know the answer to. Not to mention the customer wasn’t buying anything. Meanwhile two paying customers walked out and I almost did also. I’m glad there products are top notch or I would have gone to one of there many competitors.

In the past they had been very helpful and with full knowledge of the plans plus a great people working there, very helpful (when is about sales), but this year we had to come by a few times and the welcoming hadn't been the best, once you expressed that you need help to fix something about your account statement, they turn sour and didn't even let us talk, neither offer explanation to clarify anything, nevermind fixing anything... I understand they can't fix everything sometimes, but treating your customers like that doesn't help any situation. I don't feel like coming back again. It wasn't my fault what was happening with my account and they are there to help that's their job, so...

Terrible customer service, the lady whas rude since the beginning, they supposed to help on your behalf, to don't loose customers or win bad reviews.... Just like this one... Just in this year I have to come to the store to clarify a mistake or error made by your system???... And made me feel guilty for your abuse in the end.. Because I am the one who has to pay for it??? Shame on you and your workers to train them oh this bad way.... Karma is coming for you guys...

We came back here as our first experience with one of the ladies at Sabre two years ago was wonderful!This time... we weren't happy.We came in to upgrade our phones on a promotion we have used a couple times in the past. I had researched and prepared as best I could (so I thought) to know what to expect to pay.This promo was a bonus on top of your phone's trade in value. Both of our phones were in the best condition any of our trade ins have ever been (they were less than 2 years old - always in the lifeproof type case and never dropped). But instead of getting the $98 value each, the guy told us the phones weren't in "perfect" condition because of a small cosmetic scuff on the side corner (must have rubbed inside the case). So we only got $10 each as our trade in value - a total of approx $170+ less than what we expected. We were upset because we have always got the full trade in value in prior years with phones that were older and in good condition, but not even as great as these ones. I don't know how our phones could have been in any better condition unless you leave your phone in the box it came in and never ever use it. I don't see how anyone's phone will be deemed "perfect" otherwise and the website trade in value is pointless.We expected to pay approx $12+ upfront. But ended up being $130+.I feel like this worker was the ultimate pickiness inspecting the phone and maybe was just doing his job. But I don't think other workers would have been as much of a stickler. Perhaps we should have gotten a second opinion before continuing the transaction.Bell also gave us an almost irresistible offer the day before but we decided to stay loyal to Sasktel. Maybe we shouldn't have.Next time, we will go back to using Best Buy in Saskatoon.Everyone seemed friendly though. The store is very clean and welcoming. Maybe we just got an unlucky situation.
