Went down to get myself a 4-channel amplifier since my old one was tired. Dealt with Vaughn, great guy. Bought a cheaper app through their supplier which kind of had a bit of issues, but Vaughn and the team was right on it and helped me out! Great customer service! When I'm ready to replace my front speakers. I'll be making sure to do business with them again! Great work guys!

I had spent close to $4000 on my speakers, amp, custom box and other gear associated with the system. My speakers flake out from left to right intermittently. The only fix is to blast the music up to balance the sound which is F up. They attempted to fix it with no success. Their solution was to buy a head unit another 2K. I wanted my system to have a stock look. I drive 1.5 hours to get to Lloyd and have to take time off work. Spending $4K you think EVERYTHING SHOULD WORK PROPERLY!! I’m still blasting the sound to balance the speakers.
In response to the invoice # I have no clue what it is. Check you're computer database for it.
It's was a black 2021 Toyota Tundra. Last name Bonaise. As a matter of fact the same issues are still occurring.

I had a car starter installed for my Nissan Murano and they were very upfront about their quotes over the phone and easy to book with. I also had to work, so I had family drop it off and pick it up for me and they were very understanding.
Then a few days after the install, I noticed an issue that wasn't there before. I called them about it, worried that because it was technically unrelated to the car starter, that it wasn't included in the warranty. However I told them the issue and they didn't fight me once. There was one sales guy that seemed a bit noncommittal when my dad discussed the issue with him, but the service tech was very honest and helpful. He even offered to repay me for the repair from the dealer if I bring the invoice!
People make mistakes, I'm not one to expect perfection. What I do expect is honesty and accountability, and that service tech had it in spades. I am so very impressed with how he handled the mistake and would recommend this location to anyone, knowing that a mistake won't be gaslit, brushed off or ignored. True integrity is rare these days. Thank you.

A big shout out to Vaughn for picking out a kick ass sub box, subs, amp and wiring for my Super Duty. He didn’t over sell or under sell, it Is absolutely perfect for that truck.
Also to Matt with his expertise and attention to detail.
These guys are serious about sound and are experts at it.

Brought my car here after having some rattling in my speakers. Matt helped me find a good option for my car and they sound awesome. Installation was same day. Highly recommend matt and his team.

Recently had a new remote starter installed in our vehicle that seemed to work fine until the power steering failed. My wife didn’t have a car for a week and when the mechanic fixed the power steering, turns out the power steering cable unplugged itself from being ziptied too tight with all of the other wires. Went back and told the salesman about the problem and he didn’t offer anything but thanks for telling us. What a joke! Thanks for nothing. We will never go back to this place for anything. Terrible customer service.

Man the installer completely blew me away with his knowledge and help setting me up with my new sub and amp and deck. The install was done to perfection. Everything was thought out to make it perfect. They went above and beyond my expectations for quality of work and friendliness and knowledge and made sure I left happy. Going back for front speakers next.

Not a great experience. Told Craig my "want list" for an upgraded head unit. Installation did not start till 2+ hours after I brought it in, no backup camera installed, no sirius xm tuner installed, even tho these things were on my list. Installer almost forgot to install remote start, as requested. Picked up my car at 5:45, 15 minutes before closing. Was quoted inaccurately. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS.

Ok first they were polite when we came in … no argument there . My son bought his first car went in to get a new stereo put in , told it would take about 2 hours … Received call that parts he needed to install his stereo were in and bring car in .., 5 hours later get a call saying all the parts were not in kit so they couldn’t put it all together so half his parts I’m back if car no vents in car and stereo iffy due to not being all installed… called almost two weeks later parts still not in tells me it could take a week or 2 months ??I get it things are back ordered and it’s sometimes out of your control but In hindsight check your parts before you start a project , would that not be the way to go ? but to tell me it’s not their fault , well actually yes it is , I’m paying you not the manufacture!! Not very happy and they made us pay in full for not even having done the full work .yet . I will not bring my business back here when this finally gets done !

Called about replacing my fob for my command start, it was 250 to 280 to replace no matter where I went in town,they said it would be better to replace the entire command start system for 400. Brilliant,I say as a car dealership I spoke with said to replace said it would be 895.00. I know I will be getting my system replaced by them as soon as pay day rolls around??!
