Noticed today that my review got deleted somehow so posting again:
Took my brand new 2020 Ford in for a wooden box liner and heavy duty tie downs.
Got the truck back and the holes that were cut for the 5th wheel prep package were all at least 3-5cm off center. No way to install 5th wheel hitch.
Heavy duty tie downs there put in backwards with the loops flipping up front to back instead of side to side. They removed the tie downs, had to drill bigger holes in the truck to put them in the right way as the holes were not square. They offered to take the bottom of the liner out and re-do it which I did not want because the liner is held in place with self tapping screws and I didn’t want more holes in the box than necessary.
Got the truck back again and looked underneath only to find that one of the bolts for the tie downs was rubbing off the filler neck for my diesel tank. Called Jim again. They offered to fix it but at this point I didn’t want anyone at the shop to ever touch any of my vehicles ever again. Told him I wanted half of the invoice back for my time and trouble and I would walk away. He refused. If you value your vehicle, do not let this shop work on it.

Got a new trifold tonneau cover for my Ram 1500. Had a few issues with some weatherstripping out of the gate, which was unfortunate - but these things happen. However, Jim and his team were able to get it all resolved and I’m loving the new cover. I appreciated the willingness to correct the minor issues and the steps taken to get everything resolved. Highly recommend.

Installed a fifth wheel plate in my Chevy, did a great job. Timely installation after equipment came in.

Brought my own fifth wheel hitch, rails and correct brackets for truck in to be installed. Picked up truck and was told that they will only use their brackets with brand new bolts. I understand the bolts, but the brackets are an issue for me. Most of the bolts are loose as well as the brackets are not installed flat against the bottom of the box. I wonder if that will stay tight….Will not be back for any reason.
