His driver worked relentlessly in the freezing cold rain to get our truck rigged up and back to our facility in Edmonton all the way from Vermillion. John was quick to solve even the unexpected 'hiccups' along the way.Fair, honest rates and excellent customer service - there is no doubt in my mind why they've been operating for so long now.An unfortunate way to meet, however very grateful that we did. “Thankyou Central Towing, highly recommend this company for their caring & compassionate assistance. Roland came to my rescue when i had issues with my vehicle just past Lashburn, my 1st conversation with him was upbeat & he offered to bring me a hot cup of coffee if i wanted as he was on his way to tow me, upon his arrival between 3 way conversation with my son , we were able to arrange where we were going and what services we might need. We got into Lloyd and Roland was very helpful in making sure to get the right fluids & assisted in putting into the vehicle, only to discover that i needed a bit more help as i now have a leak!! Roland then made sure I got safely to a hotel my son had booked & walked the parking lot to find best spot to park where, when my son (who was coming to help fix the vehicle ) would be able to work on the truck in a dry & well lit area, before leaving me at the hotel he left his number with me that if we needed anything to give him a call.Roland called me this morning just to check if everything was okay & how we made out with the vehicle.
